The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

40 m² - immediate location on Lake Markkleeberg. Less than a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in the center of Leipzig in 20 minutes. Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9 km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to exercise in the fresh air, the time out at Lake Markkleeberg is perfect. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Due to the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years of age!

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. I rent out a large barrier-free 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south balcony and great views of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building. The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

I am happy to welcome you to the castle. Apartment No. 1 is a large, bright ground floor apartment in the southeast corner of the castle. The apartment is adjacent to the kitchen garden and the front of the castle. The apartment has a beautiful and quiet environment with a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a large bedroom.
