Tolle Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Die stilvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Künstlerviertel Giebichenstein unweit der Saale und des Hallenser Zoos.

The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. Enjoy a wonderful stay in our apartment. Relax in a cozy atmosphere or work with a view of the beautiful chestnut tree. Spend great evenings cooking or relax in the bathtub with a view of the starry sky. A bedroom with a double bed (1.40m) and a sofa bed (1.40m) as well as a sofa bed (1.30m) in the living room offer the opportunity to stay overnight for up to 5 people. To get to the apartment you can easily take the elevator ☺️

The estate apartment is located in the rural village of Zeigerheim near Rudolstadt. A spacious living room and bedroom invite you to a cozy glass of wine and pleasant hours. The garden and terrace complete the countryside vacation. You can't enjoy country life more beautifully.
