Our eco-wooden house is located in the small town of Süderhastedt between the Kiel Canal and the North Sea. We ourselves live in Hamburg and have discovered this region away from the tourist hustle and bustle as an oasis of peace and a counterpoint to the big city. In the morning the rooster crows, in the evening the flames crackle in the fireplace and at night a heavenly peace under a clear starry sky. After the unfortunate fire of our cozy thatched cottage, we now have a light-flooded wooden house.

Due to its secluded location and the large garden surrounded by an old tree population, it is an ideal place to relax. Pure nature! Perfect for a relaxing weekend in the countryside for yoga and meditation groups, families with children or family reunions. In the attic there is a beautiful 75 m² yoga room equipped with mats and meditation cushions. From Hamburg it is a 40-minute drive by car and the North Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes.

The apartment is surrounded by forest and meadows, with many opportunities on foot, by bike or with your own horse. The climatic spa town of Dithmarschen is about 1.5 km away (town center) and invites you to many possibilities (swimming pool, museums, paintball hall, shopping for everyday needs as well as doctors and restaurants).

We spent a very pleasant week in Quickborn. The home is beautiful and stylishly decorated. She is well equipped with ample materials to spend a full vacation. The surroundings are very quiet, surrounded by nature. Ideal for a rest, walking and cycling vacation. Recommended! :-)

We felt completely comfortable with our little daughter! The apartment and the entire yard are a paradise that invites you to slow down and breathe. Everything is very high quality, lovingly and stylishly furnished. Staying so close to the horses, surrounded by greenery, was simply beautiful. Dörte and Frank were incredibly warm, authentic and lovely hosts. So we were welcomed with candlelight and carefully selected surprises and nicely draped toys for the little one. During the entire time, Dörte and Frank were always easily accessible and provided us with valuable tips for things to do. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back. We highly recommend the place.

The cottage is perfect for a getaway in the countryside! The interior is really nice and thoughtful - you immediately felt comfortable. We didn't miss anything for meals as the cottage is very well equipped. Björn was on site upon arrival and welcomed us warmly. As a welcome gift, there were fresh eggs from the chickens and a sparkling wine as we celebrated our 7th anniversary. We could park our car in our own carpot at the cottage. Conclusion: One of the best rentals we have ever booked through AirBnB. We will be happy to come back!

Bernd and Sabine were very friendly and always on site for questions. The room is one of 6, it is very clean and practically equipped, everything there - bed linen, towels, refrigerator, kettle, toaster. You can also sit and eat very nicely in the garden. For me, the mattress was not too soft. I will definitely recommend it to friends. The value is great.

It was beautiful with Lars, we felt right at home. The apartment offered everything you could ever need and in the immediate vicinity is within walking distance everything you could ever need. The Dithmarscher Land is beautiful and invites you to different tours. Glad to come back!

We spent wonderful days in Susanne's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable right away, as it is very lovingly decorated, comfortably furnished and very clean. The location is ideal for those seeking peace. The apartment is located in a small cul-de-sac, so hardly any cars pass by and therefore a relaxing peace prevails. You can walk in the area and the coast is also easily accessible by car. In the next village there is a supermarket that has everything you need. Susanne is very friendly and welcomed us on arrival and saw us off on departure. She was always available and everything went smoothly from booking, to check-in, to check-out. We highly recommend this place and would book it again anytime.
