It belongs to a barn converted into a studio with large oaks and lots of greenery around it. Own house entrance, sofa bed (1.40 m), shower room, breakfast terrace overlooking the garden, fireplace for autumn/winter, infrared heating (responsible for basic heat of 17 degrees), Wi-Fi. Rural but culturally very interesting area, close to Fischerhude and Worpswede.

This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

We converted an apartment in our country house into a vacation home. We rent two rooms in a separate apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom. In addition, there is a flowering garden with a pond and many enchanted corners. On the terrace there is a fire pit. One room has a large double bed and two single beds, the other has 2 beds. The spacious kitchen-living area invites you to spend sociable hours. All rooms are spacious.

The guest room is in a very central location, both the A1 and the train station with connections to HB and HH are just around the corner. There is a private apartment door from the hallway as well as a private bathroom with shower. The room has smart home amenities, Wi-Fi, external roller blinds and parquet flooring. There is a shower room and the wardrobe on the ground floor. The bright living/sleeping room upstairs invites you to linger. Another small staircase leads to the separate fully equipped kitchen. Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions can be used on the TV.

The town of Wilstedt is 4 km away. There there are shops, a pharmacy and gas station. Culture can be experienced in Fischerhude and Worpswede. From us you can easily reach Bremen-Hamburg-Soltau-Walsrode or Bremerhaven.

Arrive and feel good. Country house for two to four people furnished with a lot of love for detail. Shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Bread service and bike rental available on request. Very good transport connections to Bremen and Hamburg. Excursions to Altes Land, Lüneburg Heath and the Teufelsmoor. Hiking on the northern trails, cycling on the Wümme cycle path, canoeing on the Wümme.

Wümmewiesenblick

The 60 sqm apartment, completed in early 2020, is located on the 1st floor of a wooden house directly on Molkereistraße at the exit of Fischerhude. The Hamburg-Bremen cycle path leads past the house and it is only 10 km by bike to Bremen through the Wümmeniederung nature reserve. Bicycles can be rented in the village and there is a lockable shed for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

Take a holiday in the listed farmhouse Thölkes Hus in Höperhöfen -"Where Napoleon's soldiers once lived", a thoroughly historic building. Built in 1808 and in the last few years in painstaking work, this fantastic location with its large area offers holidays of all kinds, and also offers holidays for horse lovers. In the beautiful nature you can cycle and also Nordic walking is very popular.
