Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Buffalo

This has been our second all-star stay at Catherine's Airbnb in Buffalo. It is private, quiet, comfortable, beautifully appointed and well located. We can walk to places... a concert at Kleinhans, a meal at Five Points Bakery or simply stroll the neighborhood with its front yard gardens and interesting architecture. This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

Very cute and family friendly stay, would recommend this place for anyone visiting Buffalo, house is clean and had everything you need nice and ready. Hosts were great and had good communication. 10/10 will come back when back in town again.

Matt & Lauren's place is such a gem in Buffalo. We stayed there for a weekend, and we felt right at home. The place home is super spacious, clean, and quiet. We appreciated the wonderful kitchen where we were able to prepare and share meals. We also appreciated the location, which is walkable to downtown, Allentown, and Elmwood Village, so we actually didn't drive a single time during our stay. Matt and Lauren left clear instruction and were otherwise accommodating. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

On its own The Italianate is a beautiful home. The craftsmanship and mid-nineteenth century charm paired with tastefully curated furniture and amenities makes for a very cozy, yet upscale vibe. What made this stay most enjoyable, though, was an attentive and responsive host. Maura went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. It is clear that this property has been a labor of love. Overall, excellent stay that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area with family. Bonus points for the copy of Letters of C.S. Lewis that I spotted on the bookshelf.

Enjoyed our stay. It’s centrally located and close to all we wanted to do. We’ve stayed here before and will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful cottage in Orchard Park. The upstairs had original hardwood floors that were absolutely gorgeous. The downstairs had been updated and was squeaky clean. The kitchen was well stocked if you were wanting to cook. I stayed with a family member and both bedrooms were roomy and had comfortable beds. I highly recommend staying at the cottage. The only downside was the steep staircase. But it was well noted at the top and bottom, not a problem for us but could be if you have knee or back issues.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were able to pretty easily make it suitable for our 1 and 4 year old. The distinct spaces made it easy for everyone in our party to have their own private space. we enjoyed being walkable to a couple of nice restaurants and stores. Lauren was always super responsive and kind in our interactions. she proactively came up with a sleeping area for our kids, which I really appreciated!

Have stayed with Theresa several times. Apartment(s) were perfect for a family visit to WNY so we all could visit the local attractions and catch up with family. Plans to stay at Theresa's place again in the near future.

Gorgeous place in a safe neighborhood. The space was huge, great value. Well kept, and loved how there was a tv in every room. The host did an amazing job and created a very thorough binder of all amenities, local suggestions and attractions. Check out instructions were very clear and easy. Everything was perfect, but my only complaint was the upstairs neighbours were very loud and could be heard very clearly while we were trying to sleep. Aside from that our stay was incredible

Dennis and Cheryl were very kind, respectful hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. They live in a house on site and they were very respectful of our space. They had a dog that was so friendly and sweet that my 3 year old loved and they were kind enough to let us play with her. It was peaceful and quiet. Beds were very comfortable! They even had everything we could’ve needed including extra toiletries and snacks for arrival following a stressful airport experience. We would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Audrey & Nick’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We were in town to see family, and this was the perfect home base. The space was even better than expected—beautifully maintained and in a great location. Audrey & Nick were wonderful hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely want to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Ron was a wonderful host! He greeted us when we arrived and told us if we needed anything to let him know, as well as the few other times we saw him throughout our stay. The Airbnb was spacious and comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and there was plenty of sights and things to do within walking distance.

We had a problem downloading the appt to get in the front door , contacted Greg and got an immediate response . Everything was exactly how it was on the posting . About 30 mins from Niagara Falls .

This place is adorable and has everything you need- amenities, location and the cutest deck! It was perfect for what we needed! This will be our go-to Airbnb our next visit! Definitely a 10! ⭐️

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. The location was perfect quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

MY daughters love the environment because of the calmness. the unit is so neat and tidy. It was a.nice place to stay with all.the amenities. I hope to get the place next time we visit Niagra again. Thanks Shea

My wife and I stayed at The Eugene for a couple nights on our trip to Niagara Falls. This is a great little spot just outside of town. Close enough to be a 5 minute drive from the falls, but far enough to where you weren’t in the craziness of the downtown area.

Michael was very helpful and responsive while we stayed at his place. If we come back we will be booking same place if we stay via Airbnb and if his place is available .

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
