Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

My place offers a bedroom for one guest or a couple and a sofa-bed in L R ( pls specify if needed ) TV in living room and guest's room with access to Netflix and Amazon. kitchen space includes dish washer, coffee maker, toaster etc.

Uber & Lyft now available. Close to the University of Buffalo, Buffalo State College, Niagara University. Quiet family neighborhood. Less than a block walk to a Bar & Grill and a Pizzeria. We occupy the lower apartment so all questions will be promptly answered.

This lovely little strip provides great food and shopping. It's also seconds away from major bus routes should you be using public transportation. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, safe, & is located in a great part of Buffalo! You're a HOP, SKIP, or JUMP away from it all!
