We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

Welcome to Heritage House, a fourth-generation family home located in Buffalo’s bustling North Park Neighborhood. This home was purchased by my great-grandparents in 1940, and my husband and I still live in the apartment upstairs! The interior of Heritage House is an eclectic mix of design elements from the past eight decades, an homage to the previous generations of my family who called this space home. The decor may be vintage, but guests can expect to enjoy the best of modern amenities!

The guest space is a large one bedroom apartment ideal for a couple or a single visitor. Please no events or gatherings. This is a smoke free house. Please don’t smoke. Artair has a three night minimum stay .
