The host Simone is a spectacular person, extremely careful, attentive and kind. Since my flight arrived at dawn, he picked me up without me asking. Before I arrived, I asked for directions to places to visit and he gave me a fantastic itinerary. In addition, my reservation would expire the day after my departure and he also, without me requesting it, changed it so that I would have a refund. The apartment is extremely well located, with everything new and clean, exactly as described in the listing. The city of Olbia has a strategic location for visiting several beaches in the region. I highly recommend this trip.

Very enjoyable stay in a location a stones throw from the beach and sea. Walkable into town with nice local restaurants and amenities. Fantastic remote beaches nearby by car. Duke and Luigi very responsive and proactive with recommendations, apartment immaculate.

Our stay in Pittulongu was super great, Leonardo is very friendly and accommodating! The surroundings are very nice, everything is close by and especially the 3 beaches near the apartment are great! Highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Our stay with Luisa and her husband was very nice. The place is very, very clean, furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is simply everything you need, but really everything. We felt very comfortable. Our hosts are very friendly and provided us with good tips, they were always easily accessible and answered all questions quickly. Thank you so much for this lovely stay.

The most amazing place to stay in San Teodoro! Sergio’s apartment was just perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better location and comfortable place to stay on our trip. The apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and had a great terrace with panoramic views and was right in the middle of the town. Sergio and his son Lapo were great hosts, gave great recommendations for local restaurants and even made booked us into the best seafood restaurant on request. Also provided beach umbrellas for trips to the beach! If you are planning a trip to San Teodoro I highly recommend staying here as you won’t be disappointed! Thanks so much Sergio and Lapo!

Gian Franca is from the sweetest persons I have ever met. She was always attentive and caring and always paying attention to if we need anything. She prepared the flat impeccably. It was a pleasure to stay at her place. Super mountain view, and quiet place. Next to one of the main streets of the Village. I felt I was at my own place in Portugal! Warm regares to the family!

We loved staying at Maria’s place and felt immediately at home on arrival. She made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The flat is roomy enough for a holiday and as we like to self cater, having a kitchen with cooking utensils and white goods was great. The bedroom is large and comfortable with air conditioning which was appreciated! The walk-in wardrobe an added bonus. The courtyard is lovely and we ate outside most of the time. There is also a good sized BBQ. The storage cupboard outside is full of beach equipment such as parasols, snorkelling gear and inflatables. Much more than would normally be expected. A well stocked and good value supermarket is a five minute walk away was a life saver. And Enzo’s, a deli/cafe is across the road, where we ate delicious Sardinian food. It’s 20 min walk (or bus) to the centre/transport hub with buses to beaches. A car would be useful for travelling further out. Would definitely revisit Maria’s and recommend to anyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. Upon arrival, we were seduced by the setting: breathtaking sea views, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a beautiful beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat. The welcome from our hostess was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little piece of heaven, which we would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent experience at Lucrezia's apartment, the accommodation is cozy and cared for in every detail that make it original and personal. The added value is the beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a great view (sea/mountain). Keep in mind the tranquility of the place. Lucrezia is a punctual host and available. We definitely recommend it.

Our stay was excellent. The place was VERY clean, well-equipped and in a good location with easy parking. Simona was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the hot water due to torrential rain and the next day it was solved. We recommend this property and would definitely come back.

For us the perfect place for autumn holidays - hardly any people, great beach weather, beautiful nature and exciting excursion destinations (stalactite caves, mountains, Oasi Biderosa Nature Reserve, dream beaches). Super ice cream shop and good shopping in the village. The apartment has everything that you need and is really tastefully styled. Melania is an absolutely professional, responsive and generous host.

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

Functional, modern and very nice apartment. Everything was very clean. Very well equipped kitchen. And breakfast prepared in advance!

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly approach to my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge upon arrival. A shop a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this place. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with nice people again. Best regards🌸

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

The location of the apartment is fantastic and the view unforgettable. Terrace is almost larger than the apartment itself. The apartment was clean and you have everything you need, but it should be renovated again and a few parts replaced.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!

I recommend the accommodation, I would definitely come back!!! It had everything you need to have an unforgettable vacation!! Very good location, in a quiet area, close to a supermarket, restaurant and shops to buy food.
