O anfitrião Simone é uma pessoa espetacular, extremamente cuidadoso, atencioso e gentil. Como meu voo chegou de madrugada ele foi me buscar sem que eu pedisse. Antes da minha chegada pedi indicações de lugares para visitar e ele me passou um roteiro fantástico. Além disso minha reserva venceria um dia depois da minha saída e ele também sem que eu solicitasse alterou para que eu tivesse o reembolso. O apartamento é extremamente bem localizado, com tudo novo e limpo, exatamente como descrito no anúncio. A cidade de Olbia possui uma localização estratégica para visitar várias praias da região. Super recomendo esta viagem.

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in der wundervollen Ferienwohnung von Duke und Luigi. Zunächst einmal war die Kommunikation mit Duke und Luigi wirklich hervorragend. Die Gastgeber waren zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen und hatten hervorragende Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Strände und Ausflüge. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Ausblick von der Wohnung in die Bucht und auf den Strand. Wir haben die Zeit in Golfo Aranci sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen! Danke für alles!

Unser Aufenthalt in Pittulongu war super toll, Leonardo ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, alles in der Nähe und besonders die 3 Strände in Wohnungsnähe sind super! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Luisa und ihrem Mann war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr sauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es gibt einfach alles, was man braucht, aber wirklich alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit guten Tipp versorgt, sie waren immer gut erreichbar und haben alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Danke vielmals für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

The most amazing place to stay in San Teodoro! Sergio’s apartment was just perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better location and comfortable place to stay on our trip. The apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and had a great terrace with panoramic views and was right in the middle of the town. Sergio and his son Lapo were great hosts, gave great recommendations for local restaurants and even made booked us into the best seafood restaurant on request. Also provided beach umbrellas for trips to the beach! If you are planning a trip to San Teodoro I highly recommend staying here as you won’t be disappointed! Thanks so much Sergio and Lapo!

Gian Franca is from the sweetest persons I have ever met. She was always attentive and caring and always paying attention to if we need anything. She prepared the flat impeccably. It was a pleasure to stay at her place. Super mountain view, and quiet place. Next to one of the main streets of the Village. I felt I was at my own place in Portugal! Warm regares to the family!

We loved staying at Maria’s place and felt immediately at home on arrival. She made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The flat is roomy enough for a holiday and as we like to self cater, having a kitchen with cooking utensils and white goods was great. The bedroom is large and comfortable with air conditioning which was appreciated! The walk-in wardrobe an added bonus. The courtyard is lovely and we ate outside most of the time. There is also a good sized BBQ. The storage cupboard outside is full of beach equipment such as parasols, snorkelling gear and inflatables. Much more than would normally be expected. A well stocked and good value supermarket is a five minute walk away was a life saver. And Enzo’s, a deli/cafe is across the road, where we ate delicious Sardinian food. It’s 20 min walk (or bus) to the centre/transport hub with buses to beaches. A car would be useful for travelling further out. Would definitely revisit Maria’s and recommend to anyone.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement situé à Porto Pollo, en Sardaigne. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduites par le cadre : une vue imprenable sur la mer, un environnement calme et préservé, et un accès direct à une plage magnifique. L’appartement lui-même était parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort : literie de qualité, cuisine fonctionnelle, climatisation, et une petite terrasse où nous avons adoré prendre nos repas. L’accueil de notre hôtesse a été à la hauteur de l’endroit : chaleureux, attentionné, avec de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région, et les bons restaurants. Un véritable petit coin de paradis, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Ottima esperienza presso l’appartamento di Lucrezia, l’alloggio è accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari che lo rendono originale e personale. Il valore aggiunto è la bellissima terrazza dalla quale si gode di un ottimo panorama (mare/montagna). Da tenere presente la tranquillità del posto. Lucrezia è una host puntuale è disponibile. Sicuramente lo consigliamo.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El lugar estaba MUY limpio, bien equipado y en una buena ubicación con fácil aparcamiento. Simona fue muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua caliente debido a una lluvia torrencial y al día siguiente quedó solucionado. Recomendamos esta propiedad y sin duda volvería.

Für uns der perfekte Ort für Herbstferien - kaum Leute, tolles Strandwetter, wunderschöne Natur und spannende Ausflugsziele (Tropfsteinhöhlen, Berge, Naturreservat Oasi Biderosa, Traumstrände). Super Eisdiele und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Melania ist eine absolut professionelle, reaktionsschnelle und großzügige Gastgeberin.

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

Appartement fonctionnel, moderne et très agréable. Tout était très propre. Cuisine très bien équipée. Et petit déjeuner préparer d’avance !

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Wir waren ein Woche in dem schönen Apartment. Es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen von Porto Pozzo. Im Dorf selber gibt es einige Restaurants, ein Mietwagen ist jedoch auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen um die schönen Strände in der Nähe zu erkunden. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen 😊

Federica je úžasná , přátelská, ochotná vždy pomoci. Nádherne prostředí plně kvetin, velmi příjemny, vkusně zařízeny apartmán s božskou teresou s pohodlnou posteli. Citila jsem se jako doma. Velice krásný a přátelský přístup i k mému čtyřnohému společníkovi. 🙂 Mile bylo po příjezdu na mne čekala láhev vychlazené vody v lednici. obchod pár kroků. Federica mi doporučila i kde koupit vybornou zmrzlinu. Toto ubytování vřele doporucuji. Doufám,že se do této oázy klidu s milými lidmi zase vrátím. Srdecne zdravím🌸

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft und der Ausblick unvergesslich. Terrasse ist fast größer als die Wohnung selbst. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat alles was man braucht, allerdings sollte mal wieder renoviert werden und ein paar Teile ausgewechselt werden.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!

Recomiendo el alojamiento ,sin dudas volveria!!! contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables !! muy bien ubicado, en zona tranquila,cerca hay supermercado,restaurant y negocios para comprar comida . La ubicacion genial, cerca de una playa de arena hermosa y equidistante para conocer las hermosas playas de cerdeña su anfrition super amable y dio todas las indicaciones para un facil ingreso y nos permitieron hacer check inn mas temprano 🧡 Gracias la pasamos genial
