Valentina is such a wonderful and communicative host. I really liked staying at her place, it was central and just a few steps away from the marina. There is a problem with humidity in the house (maybe only during the colder season, I’d assume that it’s better during summer) but there is AC and a radiator that can help regulate this issue.

Excellent welcome, very cool house, mosquito nets everywhere, green patio, flowery, cool and comfortable, rooms without direct light, but we were aware of this by reading the listing and this allowed a very pleasant constant temperature. In addition, the ventilation of the windows was perfect and did not create air stagnation. The location is perfect for walking to the sea and to the village restaurant. Ideal starting point for those of us who love hiking. We were welcomed by Eleonora's parents, whom we thank for their kindness. Eleonora always responded to us in a very short time, giving us all the information and responding to our requests. House that I recommend, we spent a wonderful week there

Mariana was waiting for us at the appointed time. She was very nice and the contact with her was very good. The apartment was as described and clean. Marianna also allowed us to stay longer than it was stated in the offer which was very nice because it helped us to better organize the day of our return home. I highly recommend Marianna's accommodation ! :)

The house has everything you need. In particular, the bathroom is first class. From the veranda and terrace, you can enjoy the sun all day and the view and the short distance to the sea are simply great. Stefania is a very accommodating host.

Incredibly beautifully furnished, great views of the rocks, peaceful atmosphere. Enjoyed it very much. The mom welcomes you and is super sweet! Wifi rather weak, but did not bother us. Extremely clean! All in all, this was the most beautiful and cleanest accommodation in Sardinia.

Very nice accommodation! Clean and thoughtfully decorated! Within walking distance to a vineyard where I recommend doing a wine tasting with no driving required afterwards ;) We loved staying at this place!

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better location - literally 2 mins walk from a beautiful private beach, and 5 mins from a huge pool on the quiet resort. Elisa was an amazing host and so helpful with everything - she even booked us a restaurant recommendation as we weren’t confident speaking Italian! Parking was easy and not too far from the apartment: 20 or so steps. We stayed for two weeks with our three year old and we had plenty of space, he loved sleeping in the bottom bunk bed (Elisa kindly provided us with a toddler bed guard). The view from the big balcony couldn’t be better. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Had a fantastic stay. We could also check in early. The house is nicely secluded. In the evening, you can sit outside. It is wise to bring some mosquito spray. The small supermarket is the place is close to get bread in the morning. Nicky responds super fast if you want to know something. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a problem with the internet provider, which I think also provides the telephone signal. Also with your phone at the cottage, there is not enough signal to be able to receive messages. If you walk to the other side of the road, a little up the hill, there is reception. This location is highly recommended.

Gabriella is a perfect host. She greeted us personally and provided us with small welcome greetings in the kitchen. We felt comfortable immediately, the reception was very warm and friendly. Gabriella gave us great tips for restaurants, excursions and also reserved them for us. She was always available and took great care of us. The accommodation is beautifully located on a top well-maintained property with a fantastic garden and a great pool, it doesn't get any better. The place is even nicer than the pictures. Thank you very much for an unforgettable and all-round perfect vacation, we will definitely be back and can highly recommend Gabriella and her family as hosts.

Beautiful beach apartment with independent access and an amazing view. Very close to Porto Rotondo and with a covered garage included right in front of the apartment's entrance. It was a plus that it had many amenities for going to the beach, such as beach chairs, umbrella, mat and cooler. Marina was always very friendly and attentive to our needs and inquiries. Highly recommended!!!!

Emanuele was very kind, the house is really equipped with everything. Supermarkets and bars a stone's throw from home. To get to downtown San Teodoro only 8 min by car, great location. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach. 100% recommended

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

We loved Marco's space. It is in a beautiful and well maintained development with a pool. There is a wonderful beach within a 5 minute walk, beach with very few people :) As for the apartment, it is very complete, with a terrace with very nice views and everything you need for your stay. There are some things that should be renovated like the mattress in the room above and the fans that in the hot months are necessary and do not work too well. But overall, a great place to stay and to repeat!!!

We had a wonderful week at Micheles's place. Everything you need is available in the house. The interior design is very tasteful. We were on site with a small dog who felt very comfortable in the garden.

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!

Perfect stay at Mauro's, very responsive, very kind, always available for any questions. Very great kindness also from the lady who ensures the Check in and Check out. Very well equipped apartment, absolutely clean, very quiet and close to everything. Ideal location to discover the North East of Sardinia, whether it is the wild coast with its breathtaking landscapes or sandy beaches, turquoise water coves, excursions, etc. Stay too short, as there are beauties to see! I'll be back!
