Beach house vacation rentals in Budoni

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Porto Raphael sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen – ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders die Nähe zum Meer und die schöne Umgebung haben uns gefallen. Anna Maria war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen schnell weitergeholfen. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Danke Anna Maria

Wir hatten eine gute Anreise und mit der Beschreibung der Lage war das Haus gut zu finden. Check in war uns früher möglich, vielen Dank dafür noch! Antonello hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles super erklärt. Das Haus ist super, alles top. Jeder Raum klimatisiert !Ruhige sehr schöne Lage. San Teodoro schnell zu erreichen und Strände gleich in der Nähe. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die Aussendusche die ich jeden Morgen in der Sonne genossen hab :) ! Besonders natürlich ist die Aussicht von dort oben aufs Meer, grandios. Besonders am frühen Morgen der Sonnenaufgang. Besser geht’s kaum! Alles in allem, alles super und wir konnten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit vielen Erlebnissen und Eindrücken genießen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Gastgeberin! Wir würden gerne wieder mal als Gäste kommen!

We had a great time staying here, the place was lovely, had everything you need, we loved hanging out on the balcony in the evenings. You have some sea views and it is so close to the beach and the pine forest. From there you can walk left or right to reach little beach bars where you can rent sunbeds and a small marina with restaurants. The only thing that slightly lets it down is the check in process as personally we prefer the flexibility of self-check in and checkout so you don’t feel tied down. For example we had long delays at the airport due to car rental and having to communicate back and forth with the lady who was helping us check in was a bit stressful, although she was helpful. But apart from that we had a great time and would love to stay again!

Vi hade en underbar semester i huset. Hela familjen älskade läget med nära gångavstånd till Porto Cervo, den mysiga trädgården, den spektakulära takterrassen och att huset låg i ett lugnt område. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boendet till andra familjer.

Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

Großartiger Aufenthalt in einem super Haus mit perfektem Ausblick, guter Lage und kurzem Weg zum sehr schönen Sandstrand. Die Vermieter standen stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gaben wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt und vieles mehr. Danke für alles!

Staying at Paolos place was beautiful, very peaceful, great location, close to local restaurants and shops and the many beautiful beaches. Paolo was great with his communications right from the start from booking his place, throughout to check in and check out. Would love to come back and stay there again in the future.

Das Haus war ein Paradies für uns! Nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zum perfekten Sandstrand, ein toller Garten mit Meerblick (eingezäunt, super mit kleinen Kindern), volle Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Alessio war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher nochmal wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great time staying at Stefanos apartment. He and his family were so nice and always helpful. Checking in and checking out was super easy and in addition Stefano was completly flexible regarding the time of our arrival and departure. The apartment is totally newly renovated and was super clean. Apart from a washing machine the apartment had everything we needed. The location is perfect if you are looking to discover the north and east of the island. Thanks Stefano for a great stay!

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Am Rande der Ortschaft gelegen und doch ist alles (Bäcker, Geschäfte, Restaurants ect.) sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Appartamento bello e comodo per la città di San Teodoro. Ha tutto quel che serve ed è in una zona molto tranquilla. Parcheggio comodo. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo.

Leisan was onze reddende engel! Onze vakantie begon onrustig: het eerste appartement bleek luidruchtig en we kwamen niet tot rust. Via Airbnb gingen we op zoek naar een nieuw verblijf en zo kwamen we bij villa Chiara terecht. De villa was eigenlijk nog niet klaar voor verhuur. Toen ik uitlegde dat de huidige accommodatie niet voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, beloofde ze om toch zo spoedig mogelijk de villa in orde te maken ondanks de uitdaging dat het lastminute was. Dezelfde dag was het toch geregeld! Toen we aankwamen, rook je het vers gemaaide gras, het zwembad lag er strak bij, en de villa was net helemaal schoongemaakt. Wat een verademing! Tijdens ons verblijf was Leisan super bereikbaar en gaf ze ons veel leuke tips. Dankzij haar hebben we onze vakantie alsnog heerlijk kunnen afsluiten. Het bed sliep heerlijk, kastruimte was enorm en de horren voor elke raam en deur was fijn! Zo kon je toch alles open zetten. Leisan, ontzettend bedankt en we komen zeker een keer terug!

Wir verbrachten wundervolle Tage bei Simone. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Im Herbst sind keine Nachbarn vor Ort, die Kinder hatten im grossen Garten viel Platz zum Spielen. Im Sommer ist es allenfalls eher laut und eng, wenn alle Appartments besetzt sind. Die kleine Bucht ist zu Fuss in 3‘ erreichbar-unser Privatstrand in dieser Jahreszeit. Im Oktober sind Restaurants und Shops in der Nähe geschlossen, aber mit dem Auto (auf welches man sowieso angewiesen ist) ist man schnell in San Theodoro. Das einzige Problem waren die Mücken (aber die gibt es auch anderswo). Also unbedingt mit Mückensprays ausstatten-und buchen. Vielen Dank an Nicola für die raschen Rückmeldungen und die kompetente Betreuung!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in herrlicher Umgebung. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gemütlich und gross mit toller Ausstattung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ho alloggiato da Maria Elena insieme al mio compagno, mia madre e mia sorella: ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo, la casa è bellissima, dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorre dei giorni rilassanti al mare, la casa è nuova, pulita, con finiture di pregio, comoda in ogni spazio, posizione ottima, centralissima, dotata di parcheggio davanti all’abitazione! Maria Elena è una perfetta padrona di casa!

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa abitazione insieme ai nostri due cagnolini e che dire ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. I proprietari super accoglienti e disponibili ci hanno fornito indicazioni e consigli sulla zona. La casa ci è piaciuta molto corrisponde perfettamente alle foto ed è dotata di ogni confort necessario. Mare a 500 mt a piedi e come ciliegina sulla torta dietro l abitazione c’è una piscina di un Hotel al quale si può accedere tranquillamente su prenotazione. Torneremo sicuramente vacanza molto rilassante 😌

La maison était parfaite et très propre. On s’est senti très bien. L’appartement est bien disposé et dispose de tout., nous étions avec notre fille de 2 ans, lit parapluie à disposition et même un petit toboggan dans le jardin. La proximité de la route ne dérange absolument pas car bien isolée, la propriété est bien entretenue. Carla nous a apporté des gâteaux et des spécialités sardes. La plage est à 5mn à pied , c’est une belle plage propre parfaite pour les familles. Un petit supermarché et un vendeur de poisson frais sont aussi à 5mn à pied. Je recommande vivement.

Bellissimo appartamento in posizione meravigliosa. L’appartamento rispetta quanto descritto, fa parte di una villa composto da 2 appartamenti, ma essi sono completamente indipendenti. Veranda con vista meravigliosa sulla pineta e mare, ha veramente una posizione da sogno. Consiglio di alzarsi un po’ presto per godere appieno dell’alba sul mare, fare solo 2 passi e ritrovarsi il mare d’avanti è come vivere un sogno.Infatti dispone di accesso privato ad una spiaggia che ho trovato molto rilassante e piacevole, in quanto lontana dal turismo di massa. Posizione ideale per raggiungere le più belle mete della costa nord-orientale. Accoglienza calorosa da parte di Antonella e la sua famiglia. Host sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione necessaria, Pulizia ottima. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Sicuramente esperienza da ripetere

Appartamento molto carino, comodo a tutte le spiagge ma tranquillo e silenzioso, come tutta la frazione Tanaunella. Servizi come bar e market comodi. Lo consiglio.
