Vacation rentals with beach access in Budoni

We had a wonderful week in a beautiful location and enjoyed all the amenities that the apartment offered. Not being in a main resort suited our needs perfectly. We were very pleased with Simone’s support throughout our stay.

We enjoyed the days in Manuela's apartment very much. It is a great place to stay. The location is ideal. Communication with Manuela is easy and you get very nice tips from her on what to do in the area and on the island.

The accommodation is very good and the owner is responsive to questions and caring, our stay went well

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

Great location with the sea just the other side of the road, and less than 10 minutes’ walk into the centre. The space was well equipped, compact and spotlessly clean, with a little patio for breakfast. Stunning islands with beautiful secluded beaches to be found. Thank you!!

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. We had a wonderful stay at Ilaria's. The apartment has everything we needed, comfortable and we slept really well. It stays cool in the day. location is great - walkable to everything you need. Ilaria was also really communicative, gave clear instructions, very friendly, and great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Easy check-in and check-out; beach and restaurant recommendations from the host were great; problems were resolved very quickly. Rental car required, however

Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

Very nice accommodation. I felt right at home, very comfortable potion on the beach and close to the center of Budoni (convenient to bus stops too). The owner is super friendly! I highly recommend this place

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

The place absolutely met our expectations. Everything is very clean, everything necessary and more in the house. The apartment has everything to bear the temperatures well - air conditioning, but also shade places on the terrace and in the garden. And of course the nearby beach with the mega beautiful water. Restaurants and the nearest supermarket are a few minutes' walk away. But from our point of view, the host Claudia gets a lot of plus points. She took care of everything we needed. She was always very responsive and so sweet and kind. We highly recommend Claudia and the place.

Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

Maria is an enthusiastic host. She is flexible, communicative and gave good tips. The apartment is super located. Close to shopping street, harbor, beach, restaurants and bars. It is recommended to visit the beautiful region around Caletta from here.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

The house is in a great location close to the sea, easily accessible on foot. Lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. Antonella is a helpful and kind person. We were happy with the stay so I think we'll be back.

Norma’s place was sparkling clean, a few meters from the beach and from the piazzetta. The apartment we were looking for for our holidays in Porto San Paolo. I can only recommend!

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

Excellent and very well equipped apartment with a beautiful veranda and garden (private). Simona kindly showed us around and explained everything. Very well equipped kitchen. Sofa bed sleeps well. Beach, harbor and village within walking distance. Also other nice places close by. In short, an excellent place to have a pleasant stay!

We spent great holidays with the family (2 children) and friends (in the lower apartment). The apartment is well-equipped and Anna is very uncomplicated and accommodating! Because no new tenants came, we were even allowed to take our time checking out, which helped us a lot!
