We immediately fell in love with this place. The view from the home is unbelievably breathtaking. We got in very early and they allowed us to have early check in which was a tremendous relief and made our day so much more enjoyable having the extra time after getting settled. We were welcomed by the host who let us in and showed us around. We are so grateful for a wonderful and memorable experience in Cala Gonone!! ♥️

Alessandro ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Er war immer freundlich und stets erreichbar! Die Lage der Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Kurz über die kleine Straße und man ist am Strand. Die Wohnung wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Nach der Einweisung in die Wohnung gab er Tipps zum Erkunden der Insel, sowie tolle Restaurantempfehlungen. Alle wichtigen Dienstleistungen (Supermarkt, Apotheke usw.) sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken ist in der Straße ohne Probleme möglich. Alessandros Eltern wohnen in der Wohnung darüber und sind sehr herzlich. Auch die Nachbarschaft blieb öfters auf ein Gespräch am Zaun stehen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und viele Grüße an die Eltern und Nachbarn.

Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

Lovely apartement, nice and quiet area, easy and friendly hosts. Some stunning beaches are nearby and accessable by car. We had a perfect stay and recommend staying in this apartement! Thanks to Sonia and Giampiero!

This place is situated in a really quiet and lovely residential area and a short drive from some stunning beaches. The real “pièce de résistance”is the balcony and view from it, it’s absolutely stunning. The flat itself was nice and a good standard. We stayed for 6 days and felt very comfortable. Giovanna was very responsive and answered all our queries quickly. Including a flexible check in due to us arriving late. Check in and comms were great. The only downside was there was no WiFi and no kettle, although this is in the description, we had just assumed it was there. Perfect place if you want a quiet stay with incredible views and close to lovely beaches.

Schöne, moderne Unterkunft mit einer wunderschönen Terasse. Teilweise etwas hellhörig zu den anderen Appartments im Gebäude. Der Check in war einfach und die Kommunikation mit Flor war perfekt.

Très joli village, avec un petit supermarché tenu par des personnes adorables, et avec un petit café-bar très sympathique dans le village. Proches de très belles plages à Budoni, petite ville plus animée (15 min en voiture ).

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. la maison de Laura est située dans une très belle région d où on peut atteindre le.nord l.ouest et l.est...Laura est une hôtesse exceptionnelle comme on n en rencontre peu...attentionnée bienveillante accueillante...la partie de la maison que nous avons louée pour une semaine était parfaite. Quand nous sommes arrivés le.frigidaire était plein aussi du Bon vin que produit Laura...chez Laura vous découvrez une sardaigne sauvage magnifique authentique tout en étant à 30 minutes de très belles plages je recommande vivement cette expérience unique merci Laura pour ta gentillesse ton charme et ta culture à presto à roma j espere evelyne et claude

Luca’nın ev sahipliği mükemmeldi. Sorduğumuz sorulara her zaman hızlıca cevap verdi ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılamaya çalıştı. Evdeki ütü bozulmuştu ve hızlıca yeni bir ütü gönderdi. Bu evde 4 kişi kaldık. Eğer amacınız mükemmel bir konumda kalıp evde fazla vakit geçirmeden bu bölgeyi keşfetmek ise kesinlikle memnun kalırsınız. Bizim için eksik olan şey topluca dinlenebileceğimiz bir alan olmamasıydı (bahçede masa sandalyeler var, ancak uzanacak bir alan yok). Evin konumu harika. Küçük bir şehir merkezi var ve çeşitli restoranlar/marketler var. Araba ile 15 dakika uzaklıktaki La Cinta Beach’e ulaşım çok rahat (bizce bu bölgenin en iyi plajı). Üst kattaki odalardan birinin tavanı alçak ve biraz basık. Üst kattaki banyo 2. odanın içinde yer alıyor. Evde plaj sandalyeleri ve şemsiyeler de bulunuyor, ki bu bizce çok önemliydi! Kısacası, fazla lüks aramadan iyi bir konumda/nezih bir semtte makul bir fiyata konaklamak isterseniz burası doğru adres!

Prachtige locatie. Perfect voor ons met een baby van 5 maanden. Je loopt zo de deur uit en 50 meter verderop sta je op het strand. Goed uitgeruste appartement met kinderstoeltje, babybedje en een plek waar je makkelijk luiers kunt verwisselen. De kamers bleven cool, zelfs zonder airco te gebruiken

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Uns gefiel vor allem, dass vieles in Gehdistanz erreichbar ist - sogar Ende Oktober. Leider war es regnerisch, so dass wir nie auf der Lounge oder im Garten waren. Sehr nahe am Meer! In der kleinen Küche fanden wir fast alles, beim Olivenöl half uns Nicola weiter😊. Vielen Dank

Wir waren 9 Nächte bei Andrea. Was soll man sagen. Es ist Perfekt so wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr einfache Kommunikation, Check In konnten wir schon wesentlich früher machen, da wir schon um 8.00 Uhr gelandet waren und es nur 13 min vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und toll hergerichtet. Man ist an sehr schönen Stränden innerhalb von 15- 30 min. Man hat alles was man sonst braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag zuhause gefühlt. Einfach perfekt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. L'appartement est superbe et très bien équipé. La terrasse est grande et très agréable. Le quartier est calme et est situé à proximité de tout les commerces ( cafés, bar, supermarchés et pharmacie ). La plage est à 5min à pied ce qui est très agréable et pratique. A refaire sans hésitations Merci à la maman de Marco pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et disponibilité

Excellent, le coin est parfait, la vue est parfaite, tout ce qui est inclus avec la chambre est incroyable ( sauna, piscine,spa etc), le lit, la cuisine tout étais parfait. Claudio est un excellent co-hôte, il nous a offert des oeufs frais un matin, il est un bon vivant et nous recommandons ce logement!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!
