Bungalow vacation rentals in Bude

Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

Great house and probably the best we’ve stayed in Cornwall. About a 15 minute walk from a beautiful beach through the sand dunes, which our dog loved. The kitchen is the best equipped we’ve come across in an Airbnb. We cooked a few times during the stay and to our surprise it had all the random things we needed. The property is on a very quiet street and felt very private tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac and next to the entrance where you go through to the beach. We were unfamiliar with Gwithian/Hayle but we’d definitely stay again, it felt so peaceful but also very easy to get to St Ives. M&S was within a few minutes drive too so handy to get a shop in. Thanks Rebecca for the lovely stay, we’re already thinking about another visit!

My son stayed at the holiday place with his support staff. They said the place was very nice and there was lots to do with lovely walks, restaurant nearby, Pub with live music. I would book this place again.

We stayed at palms 34 and it was everything we had hoped for, clean tidy and quiet. Perfect location, lots to do, beaches close by Westwood ho 5 mins walk, Bude beach 45min drive. Putsborough beach 40min drive (definitely worth going as secluded and quiet , great beach cafe seving excellent food). Kam was the perfect host and was clear on instructions for everything, super friendly and attentive and responsive , would recommend palms 34 if you want a great quiet peaceful holiday, Westwood ho beach close by , lots of shops ice-cream and things to do but also to travel further afield as its the perfect location to go further up north to putsborough and Woolacombe beaches for the day, also within distance to go south towards Bude. Lovely holiday would definitely visit again.

Where to start? We were already holidaying in the area at another property for a week, when we decided to extend our stay. We found Stepping Stones , which had become available due to a cancellation. How lucky were we? The accommodation was spacious, clean, well equipped & the views from the sitting room are stunning. The hosts were very approachable & patient, particularly when we encountered an initial problem, which was swiftly resolved. No negatives from us. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to secure a stay at Stepping Stones in the future.

Just back from a fantastic three nights at Paul’s place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. Drinks up in the bar on the top decking at the back of the house in the evening with stunning views was real bonus. There are plenty of games to keep you occupied and we didn’t turn the TV on, not once. A nice spacious kitchen and a dinning room table that sits 8. We walked over to Burgh Island for a lovely meal at The Pilchard. Had a dip in the sea. Played golf at the very friendly and welcoming Bigbury and Thurlestone golf clubs and rounded it all off with a final meal at The Oyster Shack, only 10 minutes drive away. we had a very comfortable stay, with everything we needed. The home is peaceful and spacious with beautiful views. The Beach, Burgh island, local shops,cafe, pubs & restaurants are all within walking distance. NB arrive during day light hours as the roads leading to the house are single track and require a lot of patience and focus. We would most deffinatley visit again.

Had a perfect stay here in Praa Sands, it was the ideal family/doggy holiday. Easy communication and everything was as described. We will definitely be back in the future!

Really well located in short drive to beaches and local wake park (part of the reason we were down). For the long weekend it was perfect for what we needed and really comfortable. Next time we are in the area will definitely consider staying again.

Excellent location. The amenities were up to date. The chalet was beautiful from inside and outside. Overall it is worth the price we paid.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a beautiful, peaceful location with fantastic views that made every morning feel like a treat. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and we spent plenty of time enjoying the fresh air. Check-in was super easy, and we found the place spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfy, making it hard to leave! The kitchen was great too, though the temperature marks on the cooker had faded a bit, so we had to do some guesswork there. There was a slight musty smell in two of the bedrooms, but it wasn't a big deal and didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, we loved our stay and felt right at home. We're already looking forward to coming back soon – thank you for such a lovely getaway!"

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Moyles Farm Amanda was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, and we truly felt that the pictures didn’t do the place justice, it’s even more beautiful in person If we get the chance, we’ll definitely be back in the summer. Fabulous place to stay, clean tidy and everything you needed. Lovely welcome basket with tea, coffee, biscuits, milk in the fridge and most importantly biscuits and a ball for the girls 🎾🐾🐾 Lovely secure garden just needed to walk one across on a lead as she’s an explorer 🤦‍♀️. Thank you a great place books, games and plenty of local activity information available to use. All rooms spotless, smelt amazing and well stocked kitchen cupboards, plenty of hot water always a bonus !!

Beautiful location, very quiet peaceful area, and private cottage! Would 100% recommend if you like the quiet side of trips. The cottage was kept very clean, very tidy and homely! The hot tub out the back was the perfect touch, very secluded area, the perfect break away in the countryside!

Lovely spacious house with a fabulous view. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. The three toilets were very useful especially with small children. Secure back garden and enclosed decming at the front made it ideal for dogs and children. Lovely little beach nearby, but you need to drive to it with children as there is no footpath. Our favourite trip of the holiday was to Babbacombe Model Village, thoroughly recommend it.
