Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Super Tiny House. The small but cozy and tasteful apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Super great, modern and clean. Everything you need is in the smallest space. Small signs on every corner, on the walls, explain to you how to use things and what is available. Great idea. Never seen it like this before. The kitchen looks brand new and we used it often, always in the morning and in the evening now and then, everything is available for cooking. The location is very central, we could reach everything on foot (bakery, supermarket, restaurant, etc.). There is a parking next to the house. We had nothing to complain about in the small apartment. We highly recommend Casa Cozy!

Daniel's family was friendly and helpful. We always got advice when needed, the apartment was charming and clean. The view from the large balcony was beautiful. Hopefully, we'll have a chance to come back again.

The view was absolutely stunning and way beyond our expectations. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and soaking in the beauty after a day of hiking. Once Lothar dropped us off with our luggage, we didn’t bother to take the chairlift down because we had stunning hikes right from our doorstep. Lothar was very helpful and communicative. We wouldn’t stay in the Bludenz area any other way!

Small warm apartment, very centrally located. The apartment offers everything you need. 😊 Super nice host. Everything very clearly communicated and accommodating. We were able to get in earlier so we could leave our luggage and continue skiing. In addition, the three of us (2 adults and 6-year-old child) could easily stay there. Well located and spacious accommodation suitable for motorcycle tours, supermarket right next door. Only a 15-minute walk to the old town of Bludenz. Restaurant is a 2-minute walk away! We will certainly be back! Just the constant locking of the door was a bit tedious with the helmets and luggage.
