Having been refurbished to a high standard, the cottage is located within 7 mins walking distance of the village of Lyndhurst's high-street, which has a selection of fantastic restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes. The open forest is also a short distance from the cottage and leads to endless walks, cycle rides and heaps of exploring!

Bramblings is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.

Pretty Victorian Railway Workers’ Cottage

This pretty Victorian Cottage in Brockenhurst was originally a railway workers' home. It is located in a friendly. quiet road, three minutes walk from the station and five minutes from the open forest (but very little disturbance from the trains!). Donkeys and ponies walk freely down the road. The village is seven minutes walk away and there is also a garage selling food, open until 9.00pm, near the end of the road.
