The Studio; self contained guest house with garden

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

There is so much to explore in the New Forest all year round and Ashurst is a great base to explore from.

Flat 1, Brockenhurst Apartments has an open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. We are within a 10 minute walk of Brockenhurst railway station, and on the doorstep of local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a small Co-Op and a Tesco 2 minutes' walk away. You can easily walk to the Forest, rent bicycles, go horse riding. There is a garage at the rear of the property where you can park a small car e.g. VW Golf and store bicycles securely.

Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Armadilla is a unique, self contained Pod at the bottom of our quiet large garden. It’s located just a short walk from the mainline station, village centre shops and restaurants. Handbuilt in Scotland by craftsman the Armadilla has a kitchen, the 2 sofas can convert into single beds or a king size bed, there is a wetroom. Underfloor heating and filtered air keep the place warm, cosy and clean. We have secure off road parking for one car.

Pretty Victorian Railway Workers’ Cottage

This pretty Victorian Cottage in Brockenhurst was originally a railway workers' home. It is located in a friendly. quiet road, three minutes walk from the station and five minutes from the open forest (but very little disturbance from the trains!). Donkeys and ponies walk freely down the road. The village is seven minutes walk away and there is also a garage selling food, open until 9.00pm, near the end of the road.
