The Perch, a touch of luxury in the New Forest
The Perch is situated in the center of Lyndhurst, considered by many to be ‘the heart of the New Forest’. With floor-to-ceiling windows you will have views across the rooftops to the open forest and up and down the bustling & busy High Street below. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, it is the perfect pad for up to two adults. Step out of The Perch and you are immediately surrounded by coffee-shops, restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. Sorry no babies, children or pets allowed.

You can easily walk from here to the beautiful Forest.

Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

Cabin in the Forest
A charming solid oak framed cabin, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Brockenhurst station is just 400m away with direct trains to London Waterloo in 90 mins. Children welcome.

The open forest is also a short distance from the cottage and leads to endless walks, cycle rides and heaps of exploring!

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed together with a day bed that opens to two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, kitchen and a 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by.

Quaint little cottage in the heart of the New Forest right opposite Hatchet Pond on the outskirts of Beaulieu. Lymington, Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst within 5 miles. Farm shop 200m walk away. Off street parking in large private driveway. Private courtyard with table and chairs. Miles of walking/cycling from front door. Easy access to the pretty Beaulieu River, Bucklers Hard, Beaulieu motor museum and the coast. Local village pub a 20 minute walk away.

Pretty Victorian Railway Workers’ Cottage
This pretty Victorian Cottage in Brockenhurst was originally a railway workers' home. It is located in a friendly. quiet road, three minutes walk from the station and five minutes from the open forest (but very little disturbance from the trains!). Donkeys and ponies walk freely down the road. The village is seven minutes walk away and there is also a garage selling food, open until 9.00pm, near the end of the road.
