Great peaceful location. Didn't realise it was a static home but it was really nicely done out. Huge TV with Netflix (kids super happy in the evening!) Communication was great and The Boathouse restaurant which was a few minutes walk away was so great. Lovely location and great food. Really well placed for exploring the local area and gorgeous beaches.

We had such a lovely stay at Linda’s place! Even before the trip, communication was super quick, friendly, and accommodating. Linda went out of her way to answer all our questions and offer tips for the area—and kindly offered us an early check-in, which was really appreciated. The welcome goodies (and the cute stickers for the boys!) were such a thoughtful touch. The bungalow itself was perfect for our trip—comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We even met Linda’s partner Keith on the way out, who was just as lovely—really friendly and chatty. Thank you, Linda, for a wonderful stay. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a great time on the Island visiting all the places we went to when we visited the Island many years ago with our boys. Accommodation was very clean and tidy and very peaceful whilst we were there. Luckily the sun shone every day.

Paddler’s Rest is the perfect getaway, we had such a peaceful stay. The view and surroundings are beautiful, and the chalet itself has everything you could need. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the place was spotless. Amanda was fantastic, very responsive and accommodating. Overall we would highly recommend a stay here!

We had a great holiday! We have stayed on the site several times before because we love the location and the bay so much and this is the nicest chalet we have stayed in so far. Great host, lovely decor, free of clutter but had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here, the location is amazing, so close to the sea and the high street. Swanage is a lovely place to visit. The apartment is basement level, but doesn't feel like it, lots of light and a good amount of space. Looking forward to coming back! Thanks Blake

Grant had a problem with the bungalow the day before we were due to stay and instead of cancelling our booking he found another place for us to stay on the holiday park and arranged everything for us with the site office. Grant was fantastic even though he had his own issues to deal with. we could not thank him any more. stay at his place he will be a great host and the location on the island is fantastic

We had a great stay in Ventnor in Haylie's house. It is great house which has a great view on the ocean. It is close to the beach in Ventnor and to different kind of restaurants. We had great weather and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Haylie for the great service and communication! We loved the Isle of Wight and maybe we will return to your great house.

My family of 6 adults a toddler & baby all had a two night break at Sea Haze, the house was spacious, modern and very well equipped & presented. We were there to celebrate 2 upcoming birthdays together and to visit the New Forest and see the horses which my grandson absolutely loved. The location of the property was great for us to explore the surrounding Forest & beaches. We loved our stay & would definitely recommend this property to all. Thank you to the team for making our stay comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful short stay in the Annexe and it far exceeded expectations. It is set in the most beautiful surroundings, so peaceful and quiet with stunning gardens. Steve was the most welcoming and super friendly host, he sent detailed instructions on how to find the property and gain entry prior to our arrival. Our two dogs had so much freedom to run around in the secure gardens, they were in heaven and Steve and his wife’s friendly attitude to them made us feel totally at ease and comfortable that they weren’t a nuisance. The Annexe was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay. An absolute haven and we were sorry to leave. We would definitely return when we are next staying in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sofia. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable and is one of the best equipped places I’ve ever stayed - everything has been thought of! It’s easily walkable to the beach, as well as the popular local restaurants. Perfect for a relaxed break in a pretty part of Dorset.

What a wonderful spot! 360 degree uninterrupted views amidst a private country estate. The house was immaculately clean, contemporary and homely, with quality linen and White Company towels! The location is perfect for access to the coast and the New Forest with great walks from the door. What a peaceful retreat, and the free logs and open fireplace were fantastic. The garden is also secure for dogs so we could relax knowing they were enclosed. The dogs loved their stay too. I’d love to stay here again, a great place. Thank you Jonathan.

The bungalow was perfect for us. Comfy beds, plenty of seating, and a well-equipped kitchen. The additional snug and the outdoor seating were also good. The area is very quiet and is a walkable distance to the seafront.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was spotless beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect and easy access to local attractions and the coast. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful providing great recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout our stay! We especially loved the peaceful garden where we enjoyed morning coffee. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil and memorable escape in near the sea! My partner, small dog and I had the best time at Wendy's place. We were spoilt for choice for things to do and places to eat. Recommendations include the Three Tuns, Burley Inn especially for vegetarian food. We packed a lot of walks in. Barton on sea, Avon Beach, Mudford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Wilverley woods, Blackwater woods, walk around Burley village. The drives to all these places was less than 20 minutes and all along lovely roads, sometimes through the moors with horses and cows holding up traffic! The place itself was great. It felt really big. We enjoyed the garden, relaxed in the living room, played games and had nice breakfasts im the dining room. Enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker. Comfortable bed. Very clean and lovely decor. Wendy's was also a great host. We got a lot of recommendations from the guide book in the place. I wpuld definitely recommend.
