Beautiful, cozy place with stunning mountain views. Super clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location for hikes and exploring the area. The host was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We felt completely comfortable. The glass house is really something special that we have not known so far and have therefore very much enjoyed. In the summer months it could get quite warm, but there is air conditioning installed. Clear recommendation!!

The comments already left are very true to reality. I find the living room really too ugly, otherwise the grandparents' house style as furnished almost a century ago has charm. The mattresses are surprisingly good. The house is very well heated. The place is splendid

Giuliana and Davide's apartment is absolutely charming. The bed is very comfortable and the terrace and balcony invite you to linger. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

This stay was awesome! Just a heads up, if you are allergic to cats do not stay here. We knew it was pet friendly before hand but I am severely allergic to cats and experienced multiple allergic reactions!

What a fabulous stay at Erika’s amazing house! Beautiful views from the terrace and a fantastic location ! Walking distance to the town with great restaurants ! The house was spotless and very well equipped and Erika friendly and very helpful coming to find us when we arrived in the town!! I will definitely be booking again! Thank you so much!

This is a lovely retreat in the middle of nowhere - and yet only a few km’s from the local village and the larger city. The host left some spaghetti and tomatoes as well as spices and oil - enough to make a quick meal which is perfect if you arrive later after the village shop is closed. Our dogs loved it, a fully closed off garden meant they were free to wander. The neighbors dog came by regularly and stood at the gate to say hello. There are good walks (also some challenging ones) outside the door. Perfect place to regain balance in a hectic world. Kitchen has everything needed to cook a simple or a more complicated meal - nothing lacking!

We had a great stay for our family of 7. Our kids loved the pool and back yard. It is a great spot to explore the Dolomites in general, but limited in terms of restaurants / things to do within walking distance. Easy parking in garage across the street. Lots of character and pictures accurately reflect unit, but unit needs to be thoroughly dusted. Overall, we had great experience.

10/10 Communication: Lorena was great. Nothing to add. 10/10 Arriving to the location: there was a tricky turn, but Lorena organized someone to meet us on the road and show us the way. 10/10 Suroundings: small town, with limited places to eat out. Great views, terrace, swings, waterfall near by. Everything was as we espected or better :)

Very nice apartment, recently renovated, with all comforts (except the bidet). Lorena and Giuseppe were very courteous and exhaustive in their suggestions. Abundant and quality breakfast, with many zero-km products. Recommended if looking for a rustic, quiet and isolated place.

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

We stayed at Philipp's place for a week. The apartment was clean and the interaction was very friendly. There is also the option to book breakfast at the hotel. We gladly accepted the offer and it is recommended. Good restaurants can be found nearby and the accommodation is also well located for hiking. We felt very comfortable there.

Great place and great host , sure will visit again

The area was really quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, with a crazy view that left us speechless. The apartment clearly exceeded our expectations: everything was taken care of in detail and very clean, you can see that there is a lot of attention and love in the management. The host was great, always available and super friendly. He also recommended a great tavern where we could dine and we had a great time. It is clear that he really cares about his guests, welcoming them with care and dedication. Upon our arrival we found many things to eat for breakfast and aperitif, a really appreciated gesture that made us feel right at home. I really hope to come back soon, everything was perfect!

We spent a week there with our dog and it was a dream! The complex is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is a dream. Most activities require a car, but that was not a problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

We are so sad to leave your beautiful home! It was like nothing we have ever seen - rolling, green hills and incredible wineries and restaurants, but the highlight of our stay was having breakfast outside at your home every morning. There were so much personal touches. Thank you!

The Chalet de Ultimis is a gem in the middle of nature in a very quiet and very relaxing place. Easy to get to and check in very easily. Mrs. Sabina is very helpful and kind. The interior spaces are beautiful, from the large open space with a kitchen island and a central fireplace to the very comfortable rooms. We had a great time. The private sauna area is an added value. Everything is perfect. We'll definitely be back.

We were thrilled with our stay…almost overwhelmed. The pictures did not do it justice. The view left us speechless. Very nicely equipped-everything. Enjoying coffee in the morning and a glass of the great wine discovered in the surrounding area in the comfortable outdoor furniture was the perfect start and end to our days. The neighbors were all friendly and a joy to meet. Highlights were the Rebe wine trail their the area vineyard. It started in Signat, a small nearby village (with a must-try restaurant, Albergo Signaterhof) and ended 500m down the vineyards at (almost) the bottom of the hill. Stunning. We ended at the small church in St. Justina, and waited for the bus to take us back up the hill. Next to the bus stop was a nice winery, Loacker, that quenched our thirst after walking through vineyards. We will be back!

Is Good Place Great Location I was been with Family for Skiing everything was been Comfortable. Ski slopes was been Nearly 10min driving.

Very beautiful place. Albano and his wife greeted us when we arrived and both were very lovely and sweet. It felt very homely. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The surroundings are calm and soothing. Definitely recommended!

What a beautiful place! Although it was hard to get there because of the extremely narrow road, it was so worth it when we finally arrived and saw the incredible views. The house is beautiful, well equipped, very private and comfortable. Judith was so incredibly helpful, always available by phone if we had a question or needed recommendations. I totally recommended it
