College Suite: Travel back in time to a period of exquisite craftsmanship. We have available the newly refinished 3rd floor of our historic mansion. There are two charming bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with spacious subway tile walkin shower, a kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, sink, coffeemaker...NO stove), and your own private washer and dryer. All with hardwood floors and plenty of light from the skylights. There are two flights of stairs to reach this fun and beautiful apartment.

Great spot to sit outside for your morning coffee and wonderful for having dinner outside. About a 10-15 minute drive to RIT and University of Rochester.
