It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.
