Our eco-wooden house is located in the small town of Süderhastedt between the Kiel Canal and the North Sea. We ourselves live in Hamburg and have discovered this region away from the tourist hustle and bustle as an oasis of peace and a counterpoint to the big city. In the morning the rooster crows, in the evening the flames crackle in the fireplace and at night a heavenly peace under a clear starry sky. After the unfortunate fire of our cozy thatched cottage, we now have a light-flooded wooden house.

The apartment is located between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, in the Gieselautal Nature Reserve, a 5-minute walk to the Kiel Canal. Our Resthof is surrounded by forest, which is why this beautiful area is also called Dithmarscher Switzerland. Dogs are welcome here. The climatic health resort of Albersdorf, with the Stone Age Park AÖZA, is in the immediate vicinity. The North Sea with its beaches and surf school in Speicherkoog Meldorf can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The little Mukelbude

Our little Mukelbude is just the right place for a little break from everyday life and who wants to with families and farm connection. The chickens are especially looking forward to it! Inge's small farm is suitable as a starting point for numerous excursions in the area. The Kiel Canal is just around the corner, the North Sea about half an hour and the Baltic Sea about an hour away by car. Hamburg and Kiel are also an hour away. The town of Pommesgabel is about 7 km away.

Dear guests, we rent a small first floor apartment directly on the forest in 25712 Buchholz near Burg Dithmarschen. The apartment is surrounded by forest and meadows, with many possibilities on foot, by bike or with your own horse. The climatic health resort of Burg Dithmarschen is approx. 1.5 km (downtown) away and invites you to many possibilities (swimming pool, museums, paintball hall, shopping for everyday needs as well as doctors and restaurants).
