Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. The country is surrounded with the ruins of the historicaly city and castels of Frankopan dinasty. Here you can find planty of interesting coutent based on your references; swimming in the clear sea, enjoying on numerous beaches in Crikvenica, riding a bike through forests or experience paragliding by jumping from tip of the nerest hill.
