In 150m2 there are 3 air-conditioned rooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern equipped kitchen and a living room. An infrared sauna is available in the bathroom for complete relaxation. The enclosed type of courtyard ensures a complete sense of freedom and privacy. In addition to a large pool and barbecue, we especially thought of our youngest, so there is also a children's area in the yard.

The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. Our house with swimmingpool (until 26.09., after that closed) is located 300 meters from the beach of Murvenica bay in a very quiet and poorly populated area. With 3 sleeping room it is perfect for families. Next to the house is large terrace with a barbecue and green meadow with olive trees. The next village Šilo can be reached from our house by car over an about 2 kilometers non-asphalted road or by foot in about 10 - 15 minutes. E-car-owners find a charging station in the city of Šilo.
