This is a large 60 m2 2-room apartment with a large living and dining room. The living room has a sofa that sleeps two people. One bedroom is large, bright and equipped with a baby bed. The kitchen is spacious, equipped with a view of the park opposite. A hallway divides the accommodation. The kitchen is at the end of the hallway. The accommodation is bright with its windows, pleasant and relaxing. Linens and pillow covers are provided as well as towels.

Maisonette located in front of Lossulien Park in Relecq-Kerhuon. Access to the Corniche, Plougastel Bridge and Cale Beach on foot. Red Sands Beach and Moulin Blanc accessible in a few minutes by bike. Shops within walking distance and bus stop towards Brest in front of the house. The house has a terrace and enclosed garden. A space to park the car is reserved in front of the house. Check-in is autonomous, but the owner remains available during the stay.

This 15 m2 accommodation, with shower room, kitchenette and toilet, is on the ground floor, adjoining my home. Access is independent. Eau Blanche tram station is 4 minutes away.
