Located near the Saint Martin district, it is close to the city center, the train station, transport (bus stop right in front) and all amenities. This is a studio located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a luxury building on Rue Jean Jaurès, one of the two main streets of Brest. The view overlooks the city and ( far away! ) the sea with the Minou lighthouse in Brest harbor.
