The house is a vestige of a Béziers Factory... better known as La Sardine Béziers. This old caretaker's house is located in the Port Rhu neighborhood. Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometers from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, found in a state of ruin and restored with eco-responsible materials, overlooks the Goyen Valley. Direct access to hiking trails along the coastal river allows you to walk to the medieval city of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, including one on the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
