Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

High above Bludenz/Nüziders to go hiking/chilling

The view was absolutely stunning and way beyond our expectations. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and soaking in the beauty after a day of hiking. Once Lothar dropped us off with our luggage, we didn’t bother to take the chairlift down because we had stunning hikes right from our doorstep. Lothar was very helpful and communicative. We wouldn’t stay in the Bludenz area any other way!
