Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Brantford

Our family spent 8 nights at Rayannas place while we were visiting family in there area. Her place was spotless, easy to find, it was close to where we needed to be and the house was nice and big for our family. Rayanna was easy to communicate with and we had no issues with the place at all. We will be definitely staying here again when we are in town to visit family. Can't say enough about the place and Rayanna for being a great host.

The place is amazing out in the country peaceful clean the hostess Christine and Doug were very helpful friendly always there when u need anything we got along very well and l surely will go back again soon hopefully many times. Thanks to Christine and Doug xoxo

Super clean and cozy. Host was so responsive when I asked a question and was able to solve my issues within minutes. Very private and we enjoyed the easy access to come and go as we please.

My family enjoyed our stay here. We were able to have our toddler sleep on the sofa bed and we fit our pack and play for the baby nicely. It was a great base for us to come to as we travelled around the area. It was private which was ideal with our children. Enough space for the kids to play on the floor. Umer was very friendly and things were in order when we arrived. We would recommend this place!

What a little gem. We made a surprise visit to my brother and his family from BC. There are no accommodations nearby, so we checked Airbnb and found Sandra’s place. It was a 7 minute drive from their place and was so nice to have a space to come back to after a long day of family visiting. Was so peaceful and heard the frogs singing each night. No light noise and no street noise. The suite is absolutely beautiful. Clean. Will definitely stay again!

Had a great stay at this little apartment style guest suite. Has everything you need, patio, full kitchen with spices, full bathroom and the added amenities (toothbrush, paste, mouthwash) were a great addition to have! Stayed with my little pup and he seemed comfortable too. Beautiful surroundings too for going walks. And Pierrette was very responsive and communicative. Just keep in mind the reviews saying the walls are thin and the family is active. Never kept me up at night always stopped later in the evening but there is constant noise during the awake hours. Didn’t bother me or my pup too much luckily. Just keep in mind if noise/ some banging bothers you or you have a reactive dog with you. Would recommend to any person/ couple who visits town.

Janice was an absolute gem of a host. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. Her loft is designed with style, practicality and ingenuity. I wish I had more time to enjoy this ideal space with its beautiful yard, complete with a quaint little pond. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 10 Stars!

My parents had a cozy stay at Brigitte’s house for one week. The place is very clean, and the host is very helpful! There are groceries nearby.

A basic, but good stay. Sam's place provides everything needed for a comfortable night away, and his communication was above and beyond. Very quick, friendly responses. I do see what other reviewers mean when they say the space around the toilet is quite tight - The door almost touches your knees when sitting down - But for a short stay it wasn't a problem. My only suggestion would be to get some black out curtains for the bedroom, and maybe a curtain that could pull across to separate the bedroom from kitchen area to allow a darker space for sleeping when the morning sun comes out. Overall, my husband and I would happily stay again for a night away. Thanks, Sam!

Madestino's place was absolutely perfect. It was very clean. The bathroom & kitchen were spotless. The bed, pillows, blankets & fluffy towels were appreciated & very comfortable. The free parking on the premises was an asset as well. Check in was easy. Molesting was a pleasure to communicate with and responds quickly. I would definitely book again and look forward to it.

The suite was vey comfortable and well laid out. Unbelievably bathroom with heated floors and an incredible shower. Lots of kitchen space and a huge living room. The large bedroom with its king size bed made saying goodnight easy. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience a quiet retreat walking distance to downtown Paris. Jean, our host was very responsive to our questions and needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The backyard pool was absolutely beautiful and made the perfect setting for a small get-together with friends for the UFC event. Everything was just as described, and our kids enjoyed every minute in the pool. We also brought a few lawn games which made it even more fun for everyone. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth — even while they were welcoming their own child into the world on the same day we checked in! That level of care and hospitality truly stood out. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

I could not have asked for a better stay in Kitchener! The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need for a pleasant stay and the view is amazin. Super well located, just minutes from uptown Waterloo or downtown Kitchener and at walking distance from the train station. Nicole was also very responsive and helpful! Overall, one of the best airbnb stays I've had!

Susan’s place exceeded expectations. The photos of the home are beautiful but once you are inside you can truly appreciate the historical beauty. It is walking distance to downtown. There is an amazing restaurant Scozias across the street. Very generous portions and delicious food. Susan has thought of everything you could need for a stay. It was nice to see the attention to the little details. The house has lots of stairs up and down but this just adds to the character of the home. Thank you Susan

One of the highlights was the location – close to public transit, local restaurants, and grocery stores, yet peaceful and quiet at night. It felt like a home away from home. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, a guidebook with local recommendations, and fast Wi-Fi. Me and my family had a great time at Faran's place. The place is great and Faran is very responsive. I hadn't read all of the instructions carefully before and only saw belatedly that there were instructions on how to get into the parking garage that required us to send them my licence plate. Faran responded immediately to my belatedly sent request. The place itself was perfect for our stay. The place itself is very light and has a great view. The furniture is pretty, the kitchen is clean and looks great, and has everything one needs. The place is a good combination of cozy and fancy. My family was impressed. :) The two bathrooms were very helpful. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. We really had everything we needed. My mom also commented positively on the AC and being able to control it easily, as she's not used to ACs. As this was a family vacation, we also really appreciated the privacy of the place. Getting in was really easy. Can recommend this place wholeheartedly!

We must say that David's place was a steal. Yes, it is a studio but the way it's decorated and every detail is so thoughtfully crafted such as the sizing of the couch, to the little extra things that people may forget for toiletries. We were so happy that we picked this spot for overnight stay before some hospital appointments. The bed is so comfortable. It's not a huge space which makes it easier to keep in order with closets big enough that they will hold all your things - just remember to bring extra clothes hangers. The enclosed balcony is a nice touch as well, and it's clear David's cleaner do pay attention to the little details. We hope to be back one day and that we will be welcomed! It's a quiet building with respectful people and is fairly quiet until the GO starts running which is to be expected.
