Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Branson

This was the perfect place for us,could walk down town Branson and Branson landing.Restaurants were close and the site & sound theater showing David was just 5 mins from the house. Place was very clean and home was comfortable and a quiet area.

This charming spot is perfect for a small family reunion! The hot tub was a real highlight, and making s'mores by the fire pit was such a fun experience. Couples will appreciate the ample privacy, and the location is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, allowing for leisurely mornings with late breakfasts. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. It’s just a short drive to Branson, where we had a blast driving go-carts and laughing at the hilarious murder mystery dinner theatre. King was incredibly responsive and helpful, making it easy to get in touch with any questions. Overall, a fantastic getaway!

Me and my family had an amazing stay. It was extremely private and peaceful exactly what I was looking for 10 out of 10 would recommend when it comes to location, scenery and privacy. I had to add a few more people to my party over the weekend, and Charlotte was extremely friendly and welcoming to all guests and super understanding. Also, everyone slept super great. The beds are really comfortable.

Kate’s place was great for my husband and I’d anniversary trip. It was clean, welcoming, and we really loved the hot tub. We were disappointed because one of the primary reasons we booked this location was for the pool, but it was inaccessible. I do wish there would have been prior communication in the listing that it wasn’t available. However, we enjoyed our time and would come stay again.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet area near the lake. Plenty of food options in short driving and sometimes walking distance. Very close to area attractions, we never felt too far from anywhere. We immediately felt at home and will be booking again as a regular stay in the future.

We had a fantastic stay with RentBranson! The location was perfect—nothing in Branson was more than 15 minutes away, yet our cabin in Tall Timbers felt secluded and peaceful. The place was clean, well-stocked, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the electric fireplace, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Opening the windows to hear the stream and waterfall behind the cabin made it even more relaxing. And the hot tub, probably our favorite part of the weekend. The cabin had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. We cooked meals, did laundry, played games and truly felt at home. It was the perfect mix of comfort and convenience, and being surrounded by nature made it even better. There’s so much more to be said about the place. You’ll just have to go and see for yourself. Notable: Our door code didn’t work at first, but their 24/7 call line answered immediately and had us inside in under 10 minutes—great service. We’ll definitely be back and 10/10 highly recommend!!

Cute little cottage, friendly, responsive host. Bathroom is tiny, stairs to 2nd floor bedroom might be difficult if you have bad knees, but it's a cottage, not a mansion. Close to everything in the Branson area

We brought our kids and grandchildren and everyone had a blast. Kids loved the slide and game room and the pool was a hit 😍

We had a wonderful stay at this Branson AirBnB! The location was pretty perfect—a doable walk to the historic downtown area, which we loved exploring. Just a heads up for future guests: there's a sidewalk to cross the bridge into downtown that's not super obvious to see in the photos. The space was just the right size for our family of four. My husband and I had one bedroom, our teenage daughter had her own room, and our teenage son was comfortable on the pullout sofa. Everyone having their own TV was a nice touch—we all had our own space to relax after a day out. One of the biggest bonuses for us was the incredibly close proximity to Landing Fitness. We ended up going every day! It’s a great gym—clean, well-equipped, and never crowded when we were there. When we checked in for the first time and told the staff member which unit we were staying in, he said, “Ooh, that’s a really nice one!” We couldn’t agree more. If and when we return to Branson, we’d love to stay here again!

Matthew's place was immaculate. He was also very helpful with booking, check out and everything in between. He was quick to answer every question I had and was very helpful ensuring I had a great stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Room was supplied with anything needed. We felt right at home. The area was very peaceful. Pool and hot tub was great. Very close to all attractions.

Great stay. Maybe the cleanest, nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Great for four people (e.g., two couples). Six could work if some were kids. Very clean. Quiet. Each room has its own AC unit so you can control each room separately. It rained all weekend for us so we did not use or see the pool on use but it looked nice and well-cared for. Clearly newly remodeled. It was nice to have access to a very well-equipped fitness center. Definitely recommend. If you like sitting around a table to eat or play games, it’s not ideal for that. Just be aware so you won’t be disappointed if that’s your thing.

We loved our stay! The listing is very stylish and comfortable! Being close to everything and also away from the noise of downtown was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Came down to Branson for a cheer competition and didn’t wanna pay pricey fees of condos and resorts. We had better amenities than our friends who had a luxury resort condo. It was private. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day spent in Branson. We were close to everything. The furthest we had to drive was 15 minutes. There’s a gas station five minutes away food around every corner. The apartment was very private. We hardly ran into our hosts when we did they were extremely friendly. We stayed with a two year-old and a 12-year-old and it fit our family perfectly. The pack and play was a great add-on because we forgot ours. The heated bed was so comfortable. I didn’t wanna leave overall 10 out of 10. We will definitely stay there next time we come back to Branson definitely book here before you book a hotel or a resort.

We loved our anniversary weekend stay! The host was so kind and proactive about an issue they found with the jacuzzi before we arrived, rushed to fix it for us, AND gave us some cash back to send us to dinner for the inconvenience. The place was very clean and we enjoyed every moment of the spa features! We would most definitely stay here again!

Ashley is an amazing host. If you want to stay somewhere and know that your family will have a great time Ashley’s is the most reliable and caring host that you’ll find. The location was great very centralized and the condo we stayed in was so homey and comfortable. The view from our balcony was so beautiful you’ll feel totally connected with nature. This place is perfect for our family! We have stayed two years in a row now and have had a great experience both times. There is plenty of room for my parents and our two small children. It’s cozy, comfortable, clean, and well stocked in case you forget something. It’s also in a great location for both Branson strip and Silver Dollar City. The pool and other amenities are an added bonus. We had a rainy day and spent some time in the indoor pool and our kids had a blast. It’s our perfect home away from home for a few days. We highly recommend staying here.

Great place! Loved the close location to SDC (only 7 minutes away, or less). Could see SDC from balcony and could hear the train. Views of ozark mountains and small lake view was gorgeous. Was located on very bottom floor of 3 levels. Did have to walk down stairs to get to room! But wasn’t an issue for us! Place was very clean and nice! WiFi located on fridge is not the correct WiFi password, had to text owners and they replied quickly with the correct one! Had a great experience on our stay!

The place was as expected and easy to find and access. The host was kind and very responsive. Guests are expected to strip the beds and wash the sheets as well as take out the trash and start the dishwasher. (That seems to be typical of many airbnbs and most of the ones I’ve stayed at in the Branson area.) This condo was not equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or any other toiletry items that some hosts provide. The condo had coffee and filters, but there was no coffee creamer or sugar (but there was stevia and saccharine sweetener). You might consider bringing these items if they are important to you.

Loved our stay in such a clean, beautiful, spacious condo that is nestled in a quiet area of Branson. Traci had fun little snacks waiting for us along with useful toiletries like q-tips, floss, and shampoo/conditioner which were so helpful bc I didn’t pack those items but always need them! We come to Branson often for dance competitions and will definitely stay here again.
