Condo vacation rentals in Bracciano

We were in Manziana for a wedding. The apartment was in the perfect location with everything we needed. Communication was easy and all our questions were answered quickly. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

Daniele and Violetta are excellent hosts, very accommodative for early check-in request. I really appreciate their quick communication on various queries related to local recommendations. The house is very comfortable for our family stay.

Ariane’s place was lovely, clean, and a quick walk from the train station. Ariane was a great and responsive host and provided us with some local recommendations!

Wonderful flat in a perfect location, well equipped for a long stay. Very comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage space, fully equipped kitchen, pleasant sitting room. The host was super polite and arranged an additional cleaning at his expense. The flat is in a truly perfect spot but it is also very quiet. One of the best trattoria (da teo) is right opposite it. Would wholeheartedly recommend even for a longer stay - Grazie

Lovely host, really helpful and responsive both before checkin and during our stay. Apartment is exactly as described, and very well located for the centre of Bracciano, which is a lovely Italian town and a good base for exploring Rome with cheap and frequent trains to the city

lovely homely cute apartment. Stefano is great to communicate with. I personally didn't need any further help but could tell Stefano would be more than happy to help with anything. It was a perfect spot while walking the via Francigena with plenty of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep.

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb we have stayed at. Elena is truly a super host, friendly, helpful and caring. I highly recommend it, we, for sure, would stay again every time we’re in Rome. THANK YOU Elena for everything.

Everything was great. The pictures looked just like the place. Local restaurants are walking distance. Great view of the lake.

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

This is a fantastic accommodation; lovely flat, in a great location. Great cafes and lively bars nearby, but very quiet inside the apartment. We were able to walk to all the major sights, including the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Roman Forum, Colosseum and the Vatican. Matteo is a very friendly and helpful host; extremely responsive to messages and always with excellent suggestions. If you come to Rome I would strongly recommend you stay in this apartment. Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
