Our cottage is built of wood from our own forest, it contains an entrance, a large bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen living room. In addition, there is a cozy dining area, as well as a covered terrace. The cottage is located on the edge of a slope so the view is amazing. The wildlife in the forest can be followed from every room in the cottage, you can also look down to the large lake in the garden. We have a large trampoline, as well as a football field that you can use freely. We live in the neighboring house, so we are close by if you need anything😊

Beautiful view of meadow and Mossø. Barbecue and large fire pit in the garden. We prioritize hygiene highly, and you can expect a newly cleaned apartment. The apartment consists of an entrance hall and kitchen, a separate bedroom and bathroom and in addition a nice living room with sofa and dining table. On the balcony you can enjoy the sun most of the day. The apartment is a private home, and there will therefore be some private things around the apartment. Of course, you are expected to take good care of the apartment during your stay and respect the house rules. As a host, you can expect a quick response and easy accessibility if you need help or have questions.

Enjoy your stay in this spacious and quiet 75 sqm home. It is located on the 3rd floor with a good view. However, you have to use the stairs. Balcony. Only 9 minutes by car to the city center. 3 minutes walk to Discount 365 or 4 minutes to Lidl. Good bus connections. Parking is free 24 hours a day and there is plenty of space. Space for extra bedding on the sofa, if necessary. Large kitchen with everything you need, should you want to cook your own food. Quiet bedroom and surroundings.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Many good places nearby. Also the water is almost as close as you can get. I will of course give you a lot of good recommendations for your needs. This is an old building, so some noise must be taken into consideration. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the place for you. My dog also lives here, so it is not allergy friendly, but definitely pet-friendly :)

The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away.
