The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. But please be carefull not to park in front of an entrance) This apartment is a part of our villa in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Cozy, charming and quirky holiday home in Blegind. A house with many quirky solutions. The house is close to the big city, nature and water. The house is sunny and has a large garden with a fireplace. In addition to that, a covered terrace. The house has a bathroom, large kitchen, two bedrooms and a loft. The house has no doors to the rooms. There is no oven, but an air fryer. There are garden games, puzzles and board games. There's a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. Bed linen and towels are included.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

A gem with the opportunity for tranquility and immersion in the protected Sondrup. Beautiful views, dark night sky. Forest outside the door, hiking trails along Horsens fjord and to Trustrup lookout hills. 2 km to a small local beach and 15 km to the good east coast beaches at Saksild. Good local farm shops and exhibitors of handicrafts. 12 km to Odder with a movie theater, good restaurants and shopping. The home is best suited for two people - if you are not a family. Possibility to bring a horse.
