The house is 45 sqm and has a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, utility room, bathroom and toilet as well as a large loft with a large double bed and 1 single bed. A few steps from beautiful cafes and restaurants on Jægergårdsgade, the food market on Ingerslev, within walking distance of Strøget and Åen, close to water and forest. A large living room with sofa and dining table, and a quiet bedroom with closet space. The balcony has full sun from about 1 pm - 8 pm with a daybed, dining table and barbecue. Cozy and new home for the family, couple or friends in the new and popular district of Aarhus Ø. The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

Welcome to my cozy one-room attic apartment right next to the Botanical Garden, in a quiet neighborhood in Aarhus V. From here, it’s just a 10-minute walk through the Botanical Garden to Den Gamle By (The Old Town) and the Greenhouses, and 25 minutes on foot to the city center. It’s also close to Aarhus University and several grocery stores. Nearby buses will take you to the city center, the forest, or the beach. Discover a cozy independent basement room perfect for a relaxing and short stay. This space has a comfortable double bed in a 12m² room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a compact bathroom. Enjoy the lovely garden and terraces for fresh air and sunshine. The private entrance allows for flexible coming and going. While the area is residential and quiet, you have bus stops, markets, parks, and just 3km/10 min to the city center, making it an ideal base for you. Note the ceilings are lower than usual.

Countryside vacation apartment

Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 motorway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace, where you can grill or light a fire. There is room for four guests with the possibility of extra beds. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, as well as four tame cats, who roam freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.

From the apartment, there is a short distance to Aarhus C, which is accessible via Brabrandstien as well as good bus connections. The apartment is close to City Vest shopping center with many shops and dining options. Very close to the home there is a Rema 1000 and a Netto store. No Wi-Fi and TV.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗
