We stayed at Victoria's place for our daughter's graduation. It was the perfect place to come and go from! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. She was incredibly responsive and flexible. We loved our time at her place and would highly recommend it to anyone else!

What an amazing place! Beautifully appointed and fully decked out with everything we needed. The privacy and views were spectacular — an incredible mountain retreat close to Boulder. We enjoyed the large-screen TVs, comfy furniture, and the hot tub — perfect for unwinding. I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet was lightning fast. The kitchen had all the cookware, appliances, and dishes we needed to prepare several dinners. Bathrooms were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The hosts were incredibly communicative, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — we felt right at home. We loved every second of our stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Perfect spot to stay! Lots of space and has everything you need. We were there for 9 nights and both Jarrod and Hannah were so nice and helpful. Location is convenient to so much in Northern Colorado. Great value for spacious accommodation. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The fenced in yard was great for our dog and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. Beds were comfy!

I try and stay here every time I am in CO. I love the house and the area. The location is great for me because it is so close to Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park! Plenty of hiking and running trails also!

Beautiful space with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a cop of coffee on the deck before heading out for adventures. Close to Boulder for hiking. Close to Denver for city things. Close to Red Rocks for Sting! Had an amazing time in the area; cannot wait to go back and stay at Holly's. Thanks for hosting us.

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

Carol was a great host. I felt very comfortable in the apartment below her. It was clean, quiet and comfy. It had easy access and I appreciated the binder she put together that describes recommendations for hiking, restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc! She deff works hard to make you feel right at home! I would stay here again in the future when I visit Boulder!

We didn’t spend much time at the Carriage House, we primarily used it for sleeping because we had relatives in town. When we were at the Carriage House for a leisurely moment we were comfortable and didn’t feel restrained. We notice an interesting selection of books to read and plenty of board games. We would stay again.

Lovely basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Loved the heated bathroom floor! Very nice hosts. Recommend!

We stayed without dogs and had a great time in the area. Very walkable neighborhood, safe area and clean space to stay in. Mark was always responsive with questions and proactive about checkin. Check out was seamless too. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you have dogs.

An amazing area to stay! Boulder is the coolest town, and staying at this air bnb was perfect! Located in an active neighborhood, we felt right at home staying here. Comfortable and practical! Would stay here again!

Really beautiful space with nice decorative and personal touches. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into the design. The hosts were very communicative, thoughtful and lovely. I'd come back again if we are ever in the area. Highly recommend!

Nikki is an amazing host! She was very responsive to all of my messages and answered any questions I had. The place exceeded my expectations; very clean, neat/tidy, comfortable bed, quiet location. It had all of the space and amenities I needed for my stay. Close to town, restaurants and several parks. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

This apartment FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. The unit was beautiful, clean, and quiet and it had everything that I needed. You can tell that they thought about what you may need to have a comfortable stay. There was a fan, extra bedding, a blow dryer, and coffee fixings - just the little things that make a huge difference in a stay. The little backyard patio area was gorgeous and so relaxing. Nataliya was very communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Alicia’s condo. It is in a quiet location and almost everything you’d need in Boulder is in walking distance. Modern appliances, comfy bed, covered parking, the heated tile bathroom floor all are appreciated. I’d happily stay here again when visiting.

This 3 BR condo was a super cute and comfortable place to stay for our son's wedding in the Boulder area. Everything was exactly as described and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with high quality supplies. The unit has standard cable which made it very easy to watch shows and sports when we had free time. Parking in the front of the unit was readily available, and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Barbara's place is fantastic! Great location to walk to Pearl St area, quiet and safe. TONS of great restaurants, shopping, ability to safely stroll the neighborhood. My sister and I did a 3 night stay for a little get away and it was wonderful to each have our own bedroom and bathroom, a great kitchen/dining/living room area to prepare meals and relax in the evenings to chat and catch up. Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. Nice dark curtains in the bed room to block out the light when sleeping. Lots of beautiful light streaming in to the living room area and ability to open the windows and balcony screen door for fresh air. Barbara is an excellent communicator and host and we highly recommend her place and would stay there again when our travels take us back to Boulder.

Robin is a wonderfully perfect host! If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful mountain getaway - highly recommend staying here. I spent a week here and found peace and solitude. I’ll be staying here again next time the mountains call out to me.
