The location of this Airbnb is great, it was a lot of fun staying in the center of Prospect New Town which has a new urbanism design that is very walkable. It used to be a tree farm and I was impressed to find so many beautiful mature trees and parks. The space has a lot of character. Also, Sugar Pine Eatery and Market was recently renovated and they redesigned their menu- it’s a half block away and incredibly charming. I was dining solo and sat at the counter and everyone was very friendly and easy to chat with. I was a bit disappointed the water feature in courtyard was dry, so it wasn’t like the photos. It was 80 degrees the day I arrived so it would have been lovely to relax on the patio next to the water feature. Other than that the description is accurate!

Jesse and Angie were very responsive and I love all the thoughtful touches that were included. They thought of everything. The room is warm and cozy and very well appointed. The bathroom is modern and clean. The big windows allow you to see the amazing mountain view and take in the mountain air. I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in months. The bed is incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens. I highly recommend anyone needing to stay in the Nederland area, to check it out. I had a chance to meet the family, they were incredibly kind and warm. Their warmth of spirit comes across in the accommodations they offer. This was an excellent experience so that I was able to enjoy my family celebrations and retire to a restful, peaceful space every night of my stay. Thank you!

Jessica is a fantastic host a provided a great space for a relaxing week in the mountains. The cabin is tucked away above Denver and is on a beautiful stretch of road between Denver and the Rocky Mountain national park as well as other outdoor access points. The sauna was lovely and the grounds were fun to explore and relax during the time at home. Jessica was also very responsive and provided everything we needed!

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

Fantastic stay and would gladly stay here again. You have access to what I’ve always called a “mud room” that leads downstairs to your private basement. It feels super cozy and the hosts were fantastic. Lovely stay.

Perfect place to stay in Boulder. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and trails. Beautiful and peaceful. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Nice, quiet place near a green area. I've spent over 2 weeks in early spring at the place and found it very comfortable. There is a nice garden with lots of birds, a sun room to relax and enjoy all this, and a regular part of the house with the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Around, there is a golf court, a few trails, a few of shops and cafes, and straight routes to the city center and the mountains. I've used a bike and it took around 20 minutes to get to the center and visit nearby places, it was very convenient. Anthony and Kersti are amazing hosts! During my stay, they helped me with whatever matters I've got and were always responsive and welcoming.

Wendy’s suite was super cozy and felt like a home with colorful accents and art. It was extremely clean and well thought out regarding using the space efficiently. The location was walkable for us and/or a short drive to campus, Pearl street and the Fox theatre. The location is on a quiet residential street with yard space access. Wendy is a delightful person and a very conscientious and responsive host. Overall, we were very comfortable in her home and had a great few days in Boulder.

LOVED being out in the mountains, yet close to Boulder. A bit harder to get to then expected but lovely location, away from the hussle bustle of DT Boulder. Wish we had more time to enjoy the patio and view but worked out great during a very busy graduation weekend in Boulder. All the extra nice touches in the unit were very well thought out and special!

Great place to stay, especially if you plan on being out and about most of your day. The location is easy to get to from any part of Boulder and has so much to do nearby. Hosts were very friendly and do great getting you the information you need.

Mindy’s place is excellent for two people. Perfect location to visit many different things in a 60 mile radius. Boulder or Golden to the west. RMNP and Fort Collins to the north. Southeast into Denver. Very clean and has all the necessary items in the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Many top notch breweries in a 5 mile distance from the house. Would not hesitate to stay again if heading back to the area

Petra was a wonderful host! The efficiency was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is also conveniently located to the wonderful downtown, parks, and walking trails that Louisville provides. I strongly recommend Petra and her efficiency. apartment.

Marcia communicated very well before and throughout our stay. The place was clean and felt comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in Boulder and our time at Marcia’s place!

wonderful hosts in a wonderful town! it was our first time in boulder so denise & larry were so friendly & shared so much details with us about trails & getting around with the bus when we checked in (plus the good tidbit that BolderBoulder ends on an uphill ;) ). very communicative & accommodating in general! i loved sitting out on the patio & the bike was an excellent added accommodation. we stayed for a week so being relatively near the safeway & having the amenities in the kitchenette amenities were perfect (for heating frozen meals).

We had a really nice time. The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we needed. The host was excellent at communicating.

We had a great time in boulder, co! The location was amazing and it was close to everything while also being surrounded by absolutely gorgeous mountains… I will say, the only things that give me hesitation is 1: we thought it was a separate guest house in their backyard, not an attached basement. I went back and reread the listing and I think it just wasn’t 100% clear, but it’s also hard to know exactly what you’re getting with an Airbnb until you see it in person 🤷‍♀️ 2: laundry was listed as an amenity, but we had to get a key for it and couldn’t use it during certain times during the day which was a little tricky. Overall though, a great stay, amazing hosts and the most beautiful dog! We made great memories here and are so thankful!

Our stay at Jaclyn's was perfect for our weekend celebrating our daughter's CU graduation! She was super flexible with check-in and out, which was so helpful for the time constraints we had! The location is fantastic - very walkable to campus and the Hill. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. Being able to sit on the patio in her beautiful backyard on a gorgeous spring day was wonderful too! The bed was extremely comfortable as well! Highly recommend this place!!

Ashley’s place was perfect for us. Very lovely and even though you are in the basement, there is a lot of natural light. Place was very roomy and cheerful. We loved our stay. I would definitely recommend her place and will book again in future. Nice linens, cozy bed and very private.

Doreen is an excellent host - she has carefully thought of all things to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - her guest suite is extremely clean and comfortable and outfitted with great amenities . We highly recommend staying with her.

The apartment was spacious and very nicely appointed. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The host left us a gift card for a great local coffee shop -a 10 minute walk down Pearl Street. The apartment is in a basement but has window-well type windows so it gets tons of natural light. If you are a super light sleeper, as my husband is, you may hear some footsteps above you because the owners live on the floor above. But I am an average sleeper and did not hear anything. I especially appreciated the décor and stylish finishing of the converted basement- there were all kinds of architectural upgrades and furnishings that made the place feel very upscale. The beds were large and very comfortable and they provided a futon that could be used as an additional bed (which my son took advantage of). We really enjoyed our stay. Parking is on the street about 100 yards away and access to the unit is down a flight of stairs so mobility issues may need to be considered. We will be back!

Lovely basement apartment! Lots of space and appreciated the 1 and 1/2 bathroom. Our infant daughter also appreciated the toys and books!

This was an excellent stay! We travelled with two small kids, and the space was perfect, we felt right at home and the hosts thought of everything a family may need. Grant was incredibly kind and responsive. We plan to stay here again when visiting Boulder!
