This stay was a relaxing and beautiful experience. It had gorgeous views, a friendly host (and many friendly, animal support hosts), and quick access to all of the amazing attractions around Boulder. A great local market (Niwot Market) for groceries and prepared food. The space was clean, spacious, and had great lighting with picturesque views from walls of windows. The architecture resembles the nearby mountain and the furnishings are high end- the sofa was a dream! We enjoyed Pearl Street Mall and Fritz Family Brewers too. Would love to stay again!

Sean’s place is convenient to local attractions like CU campus and Pearl Street — both within walking distance (about 1m) or a 10 minute ($10) ride away. The condo had easy parking, keyless entry, and was very clean. We had a teen who slept comfortably on the pullout queen sofa bed. We stayed five nights and never heard any neighbors. There was even a picnic area that felt like you were in the countryside instead of the middle of town. We found Sean to be a friendly and very responsive host! Would definitely stay here again.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

Phenomenal place for those looking to visit places like boulder or golden and avoid the hassle of the town

Great place. The description and photos are accurate, but I didn’t realize how nice it was until I checked in. The remarkable treehouse feel, tranquility, and spaciousness are thanks to the well-considered architecture, natural lighting, subtle paint choices, hardwood floor, fireplace and more all working together beautifully. Private corner-situated with loft sharing high ceiling and west-facing skylight with the living area below. Trees and greenery frame windows, enhancing nature connection. Someone thought a lot about how to put all this together and it works. Property feels fresh and clean with new-looking furniture and modern appliances. Kitchen is compact but well-equipped. Upstairs loft has comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom and generous closet. Dining area doubles as exceptional workspace for digital nomads. The bright, distraction-free atmosphere is perfect for deep focus—ideal for writing, meetings, and presentations. Temporary parking available at stairs for loading.

Regan's place is absolutely amazing! Everything looked and felt brand new. The space was spotlessly clean and huge; more than enough room for my family of four. The location is perfect for hiking in the mountains or exploring Denver, and the rooftop deck was a wonderful place to hang out afterward. The community itself is quiet and peaceful, yet convenient to groceries, restaurants, and the major roads that can take you wherever you want to go. Check-in was a breeze and the late check-out is perfect if you have an evening flight or just want to spend some extra time in the area. Regan reached out with a ton of great information and was very responsive. I can't say enough good things about her place! Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! So relaxing to come back to after long hot days out in Boulder and Longmont. Lots of great amenities and overall a super comfortable place to relax and unwind.

This is an incredible house. We rented it during graduation weekend so our extended family could have a place to gather and stay and it definitely did not disappoint. From having a kitchen stocked with everything we could need to cook meals, to a beautiful patio equipped with a hot tub, to comfortable beds and two living rooms, we throughly enjoyed staying here. It’s exactly as described and even better. Our family commented what a great place it was. Highly recommend.

This was a sweet place to spend a group trip in Ned. Everything was great and we felt all things we needed were available. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Ratiya and Scott's house was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. All instructions were well communicated and easy to understand. The house is located in a cul de sac with plenty of parking and was quiet and peaceful. The living area was cozy (the lounging chair - omg I want one) and instructions to use the TV was very easy to understand. The location wasn't very close to downtown Boulder if that's what you are looking for, but it was a very quick drive to some great restaurants. It is close to the Boulder reservoir and some great breweries. 10/10 would stay here again over a hotel.
