Vacation rentals with breakfast in Boulder

The house was great for a bachelor weekend. Plenty of rooms and even more beds. Lots of spaces to hang out in. The location is also fairly decent, Sloan Lake & the light rail aren't too far away. Amenities were nice, like the built in espresso machine & seltzer dispenser. The house had plenty of character with the many, many labels and framed photos/newsclips. The host was responsive and flexible with their schedule- allowing us to book an additional day compared to what was listed. It was perfect for our event & group, especially for the price. Great value.

Mara’s place was as advertised. It was spacious, had all of the baby things we needed such as a pack and play, high chair, baby gate and stroller. Kitchen was very well equipped. We were able to have an outdoor barbecue one night. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to parks and restaurants and our son’s apartment. Mara always responded very quickly and was a great communicator.

Just wow! This Airbnb is an absolute must! I felt right at home and Brenda & Malcolm were EXTREMELY responsive and helpful with any and everything during our entire stay! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Colleen's place in Boulder. The house was comfortable for our group of 4. We appreciated the inviting patio and general charm of the house. The location was excellent. We enjoyed the nearby coffee shops, hiking, and the short walk to Pearl Street. I would gladly stay there again when I am in Boulder.

Our family of 9 loved the Golden Guest House in Golden, CO. It was golden! It truly lived up to its name. Wow! The place felt like home with a very nice large kitchen with all the utensils we needed because we love to cook. The home interior / design was fun and inviting! Very cool! Accommodations were off the chart. Had more than we needed! No complaints at all. And the outside garden area was naturally beautiful and so comfortable to sit and enjoy the mornings. A great way to start the day. And the outdoor furniture and table suited our large family perfectly to enjoy evening meals together. Laura, was such a gracious and welcoming host without even meeting her in person. We felt welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the Golden Guest House. I highly recommend! Should we ever make our way to the Golden area, we'll know where we can kick back and enjoy. I hope to come back.

Great location, walking distance to town with numerous hiking trails just a short distance away. House was very well equipped. Sara was very responsive and friendly. We hope to come back again in the future.

Ria’s place was well located and in a walkable neighborhood. It had all the amenities we needed and we especially enjoyed the rooftop deck! Such a great spot to relax. Also, any questions I had were answered promptly.

Beautiful and spacious place, perfect for extended stays. Fast and reliable internet that allowed us to work remotely. gorgeous, peaceful surroundings while just a short drive to the nearest town, and Denver. I strongly recommend and would love to visit again.

Perfect! Beyond perfect! I loved staying here. Bed was super comfortable, living area was perfect. Bathroom was clean, so many thoughtful touches: plenty of pillows, the best sheets, soft bath robes, great seating area covered from elements yet taking in fresh air. I could walk to Starbucks and to the grocery store. I just loved it!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a cozy little home away from home for the week. Tea bar was much appreciated! The noise they warn about in their listing was barely noticable for us. Walking through the kitchen was not as intrusive as one might think, if we happened to run into Brian or Tarryn, they were always friendly, and inviting. Would recommend to a friend.

We loved the location. We loved that it was close to so many restaurants. Check in was a breeze. Guests who like to be out and about will love the access to so many things.

this place was a beautiful home away from home me for over a month. they were quick to replace the grill when it went out. we never had any issues at all. everything was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed. we were right in the middle of everything in a beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. we never were bothered by other tenants. felt like we had our own house the whole time. they were very friendly and worked with us to accommodate us during this important time for our family. close to Ann Shultz UC health.

Stayed 3 nights. It's a nice cozy place in a safe area close to Denver Downtown while visiting family in Boulder. It has all the amenities listed. We loved that it had 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms with comfortable beds. Washer and dryer provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the features the house provided.

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and many elk that wandered the property. Gail was so hospitable and we immediately felt a warmth and kindness. By the time we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a good friend. Highly recommend staying here!

As always, we love our anniversary get away. We look forward months in advance to visit this little retreat. we love disconnecting from our phones and TV. We enjoy sitting in the parlor for reading, puzzles, art, chess, record playing, etc. It is a unique one of a kind experience. We adore the Lilly Langtry room with the cute little porch area. The food is great. The live music for the memorial holiday was fun with the amazing BBQ brisket and pulled pork. It was not a bad change from the usual fine dining option. Emma and Chris are always very accurate and make sure everything is all right. I appreciate their enthusiasm and hospitality. Very friendly people who do not shy awake from a good conversation if you like to visit for a minute. Otherwise, they give you your private space together. We will be back next year! Looking forward to out 5th visit!

An adorable little stay in the heart of Denver. This historical landmark is a sight to behold, with gorgeous decor and adorable puppies to greet you at the door. If you want the perfect mix of nightlife and comfort - this is your spot!

Orvel and Denise transformed our stay in Colorado to a fever dream of a good time!! They are the kindest people with the most beautiful home, and it was a pleasure to learn about the local flora and fauna over breakfast and dinner. I had a delightful, relaxing stay. The view was spectacular from the master suite. I slept with the windows open and enjoyed the wonderful Colorado cool air! Dave and Suzanne were wonderful, kind hosts. They thought of everything you could possibly need. And Biscuit was so wonderful to meet and snuggle with! Just an amazing place to stay. Wish I could spend a week or more. Also, breakfast was delicious!

A special Airbnb experience! Steve is an extraordinarily hospitable host who goes out of his way to make his guests feel welcome and their needs accommodated. Steve gave me a very warm welcome right from arriving at Denver Union after a long travel day. The house is beautiful and the room + private bathroom lovely. His breakfasts are incredible and Steve is great company! Silver the Bedlington Terrier is so friendly also. I would highly recommend Steve's Airbnb if you're looking for a unique experience with a fantastic host.
