Great place in an up-and-coming neighborhood with Santa Fe and the Art District within a 5 mins walk. Some great restaurants (Sushi was excellent) Lisa’s place was comfortable and has a great workspace, ideal for access to downtown Denver and for some late night meetings. Ample street parking too with the supplied pass. Definitely a great stay.

Great condo and great location! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was a huge perk. I appreciated Roger’s great communication, always sending tidbits before I needed info—for checkin, for pool access, etc. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

great place to use on vacation. space has everything you need. this is ideal for a place to sleep at night, just not a lot of space to hangout in. listing was clear and would stay here again.

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Alexandra’s place was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted to stay in a residential neighborhood that had easy access to several Denver neighborhoods but wasn’t necessarily in the hustle at bustle— this totally fit that bill! The home was very comfortable, well-equipped, and safe. We had some iffy weather while in town, but our hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations for how to spend some rainy Denver evenings.

This was a great place to relax with family! The cabin is well-equipped with everything you could need during your stay. My kids loved all the toys in the closet and playing in the game room. Brigitte was very responsive and made sure we felt right at home.

This is a beautiful home that is well maintained. It is spacious and open and was great for our stay. Everything worked as it should. The outdoor space was great! It was great to sit outside in the shade and use the bbq and talk with others that were sitting in the hot tub! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay here! The house did not disappoint, it looks just like photos. Took a trip with a couple girlfriends to see a concert at Red Rocks and have some much needed downtime. This was the perfect stay- quiet, peaceful, beautiful area, and tons of cute deer roaming around the yard. It’s away from the city so you have the mountain vibe, but close enough to Denver that you can head downtown if want to take a day trip into the city. The hot tub and sauna were clean, there’s board games to play, and the kitchen had all the appliances you need. I’d highly recommend this stay and would definitely consider coming back next year.

A more concise summary of key rules or fewer check-ins might make the experience even more relaxing for future guests. That said, Liz and Steven were responsive and clearly cares deeply about their property and guests’ comfort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others looking for a well-maintained home with a host who goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Spent most of our time on the deck, gorgeous in every way. We arrived in early May with snow still on the ground and had a sunburn by the end of the week. The views are stunning, beautiful foothills of the rockies by day, and the city lights of Denver give it just a bit of sparkle at night. A hot tub with gorgeous views, who could say no? FYI, the road up to the house can be a bit intimidating for us flatlanders (we are from Michigan), but we made it up just fine and were completely comfortable with the ascent by the end of the week. Another note for flatlanders: this house is 3100 feet above Denver at 8300 feet. Don't plan on arriving and setting off on a big hike the first day, we could barely make it up the stairs the first few days. Fortunately, the big easy trailhead is not far away and suitable for the un-acclimated.
