Glückstadt, the gem on the Elbe, is centrally located in Schleswig-Holstein. From here, both the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, as well as the Hamburg metropolitan region, can be reached in a short time. Among other things, Glückstadt is located on the Elbe Cycle Route as well as on the Mönchsweg and is also a worthwhile vacation destination for cycling tourists. Our apartment is located outside the city center. On foot you can reach it in about 20 minutes along the idyllic Fleth to the harbor, the jetty, the dike or the market square.

The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Switch off from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Exercise is life, a hike, a bike ride, or a walk, just enjoy. Enjoy a few quiet days in this centrally located place between Stade and Cuxhaven. Ideal for cyclists (bicycle garage), wedding guests (Kornspeicher, Gut Schöneworth, Gut Hörne, Witt's Gasthof), travelers or relaxation. Pets are welcome - please note the house rules. The place and the surroundings offer many tourism activities. Check in by arrangement also possible before 1 pm. Please respect my house rules. Linens and towels are included.

Historic thatched cottage on the old Elbe dike

Small historic thatched cottage from the 18th century! Listed thatched cottage directly on the old Elbe dyke near Krautsand. Very quietly located in a cul-de-sac. An ideal place to relax. Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Right outside the door you will find the Elbe Cycle Path where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. Further information with excursion options can be found in a folder in the vacation home.

Horst's time out

My time-out Horst stands for real picture book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the tranquility, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 min. by car. Here you will find a real beach and a delicious snack and suitable refreshment in summer. You can also reach Hamburg in 30 minutes. In about 3 km. Distance is the Horster train stop. There is a parking space and bicycle parking spaces.

Beautiful 2 room apartment in Kellinghusen

The in-law is located in Kellinghusen in the immediate vicinity of the Stör and the Aukrug Nature Park. The scenic surroundings in and around Kellinghusen offers many possibilities for outdoor activities, e.g. for canoe tours and excursions by bike. The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right around. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.

The sturgeon ( tributary of the Elbe) in Wewelsfleth is only 1 km away. The 210 sqm, ground floor apartment, sleeps 9 people. 4 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The 25 sqm terrace is a wonderful place to relax. The outdoor sauna invites you to linger. Linens and towels are on site.

Welcome to our small and lovingly furnished thatched cottage "Kleine Auszeit." Here between the moor and the Elbe, you can really enjoy your well-deserved vacation. The wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.

Our apartment EBBE, completely renovated in 2022, with separate entrance is a 1 room apartment with kitchen-living room incl. table with seating. In the living area there is a table, smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with microwave and coffee machine etc. The bathroom includes a shower with thermostat, wall toilet and sink. A designated separate parking space is in front of the house.
