Vacation rentals with a patio in Borough of Swale

It was a gorgeous location, beautiful walks close by and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Canterbury close to the train station, which took you straight to London. The apartment was very self catering had everything you needed nice and quiet seen as we were basically in the centre of Canterbury. Clean and gorgeous place, dog friendly and just an all round beautiful place to go. Will be returning

Loved our stay at Stacey and Damian’s. Perfect location in Cliftonville. Easily walkable to the old town, but also within reach of the lovely Walpole Bay and local shops / bars. Beautifully decorated space that was perfect for the 2 of us.

if I could give them 6 stars I would. amazing hosts beautiful chalet. exactly as described. plus point the lovely pub next door does phenomenal food with huge portions. fantastic communication . definitely our favourite air b and b hands down.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Denzel's place! The flat itself is incredibly stylish with a really cool design that we loved. It was the perfect base for our trip. One of the biggest conveniences was the parking. We traveled by car, and being able to park right in front of the house was a huge plus. Denzel provided us with a daily parking permit, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. We were mainly there to visit Rochester, and the flat is super close, making it very easy to get to all the historic sites. We were also pleasantly surprised to find how near we were to the marina, which was a really cool spot to walk around and enjoy.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

We had a fantastic stay, the villa is spotlessly clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check in was easy and straightforward. The flat is very nicely decorated and furnished with modern facilities, including everything you could need for your stay. We couldn’t fault anything or list any negatives of the property. It is great to have the car parking space outside and we felt comfortable leaving our car there. It’s not a long walk into Margate (about 10 mins) and Westbrook Bay beach is a 2 minute walk (which is beautiful). It was brilliant having Tesco opposite for bits and bobs and there are nice takeaways nearby (highly recommend Flavours by Kumar). The bi-fold doors in the lounge were so nice and easy to use. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure the history of the place is known, a great read in the welcome book, which is a fantastic touch. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I highly recommended this place to stay, our best Air BnB stay yet! 5*

Was here for 3 nights and the place was perfect for a short stay, felt private and was great to get to and around town. There's parking which is helpful and the self check-in was easy. The place was clean, tall ceilings also help the place feel more spacious. The place itself is bright and the living room and bedroom both come with TVs that helped keep the quieter hours pass by a little quicker. All in all, was just as described and was a pleasure to stay at Christopher's, would happily come back.

Such a lovely place to stay, comfy and clean and the garden/hot tub felt really private. Chloe was an excellent host and provided great reccomdations of places to eat in the area. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.

Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

We had a wonderful (albeit brief) stay at Jane’s beautiful home! The space was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a real highlight, and we’re already looking forward to coming back and making the most of it next time. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, but Jane was incredibly understanding and kind about our situation. She was a fantastic host throughout—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. A special thank you for the delicious-looking marmalade waiting for us on arrival! We can’t wait to enjoy it at breakfast. Highly recommend Jane’s place for anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely escape. We hope to return soon!

The place was pristine, beautiful home. right on the beachfront, offstreet parking oppersite the house. Sums it up, couldn't ask for more. The host was also proactive with clear instructions ahead of time and responsive when messaged. would recommend to anyone visiting Southend-on-Sea.

Jo’s place offers 5 star luxury and accommodation, it was perfect for our friends long weekend away. Jo is very responsive and was always on hand to reply to any messages. The house has everything we needed and we loved the BBQ. It’s in a lovely quiet rural area but only a short drive from Whitstable and the surrounding towns and villages. We all had an amazing time and would definitely revisit.

Ben's place is absolutely beautiful. The property exceeded our expectations and has everything and more of what you need. Ben's communication and instructions were spot on. We had the perfect stay for my daughters wedding.

It was really pleasure in staying in your house. The house is close to the train station and easy to reach different destination. House is very clean and provided most of the utensils which is required for a short stay. Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Thank you Alison for being such a gracious hostess

We had a wonderful time at Nic’s place. Nic was super nice, always response and very clear in her instructions. Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. It is so tastefully done, paying attention to the smallest details. Be it the condiments at the kitchen, the books collection or the list of board and card games. While we loved reading in the garden when it was sunny, our absolute favourite part was being able to watch as rain trickled down the window and skylight whilst comfortably sat in the sofa. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back again.

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous appartement with superb sea view. Excellent host, always responsive. The only downside was that we found the local neighbourhood less attractive than expected, but it can be a good outpost to explore for example Rye, Battle and Brighton. (There's a lovely sandy beach near Rye in a town/village called Camber, but beware of seagulls if you picnic, which you must because the quality of the local shops on the beach is terrible.)

We had wonderful stay at Simon and Laura’s apartment. The place was clean and felt really homely. We were able to walk into town for bars and restaurants, but there is also a few coffee shops and cafes at the end of the road which was useful. Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you :)

The highlight of the apartment was certainly the beautiful view, we enjoyed watching the boats go by. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, even has vinegar if you bring some fish & chips home! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a full sized hairdryer. All very appreciated. The path in front is easy to get to Margate from, we found the path down along the beach to be less windy and more enjoyable. Tiarrah's Pizza bar is close by and does fantastic pizzas and cocktails. I slept amazingly well too. We were offered an early check-in too which allowed us to get more time on holiday. thanks!
