The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space a 5 minutes walk from West Beach and 30 minutes from the harbour. EV CHARGER IS AVAILABLE AT £15 PER CHARGE Fancy a quiet nights sleep after a busy day in Whitstable town? Then we are your place! Although we do not have a kitchen, there is a microwave oven as well as a small fridge. WE HAVE TWO ANNEXES ONSITE, SO PLEASE BOOK BOTH TO CATER UP TO 4 GUESTS :)
