During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Outside on the deck you have a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many stores and restaurants around the corner.

It is located in the harbor area, close to the marina, cozy restaurants and city gardens and city parks.
