Comfortable country house (100 m2) with a big garden in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and grazing cows right across the little canal. Close to all main cities and the Kaag Lakes. Amsterdam, Delft, Keukenhof, Schiphol-airport and Leiden (10 min). The house is heated and also warm and cosy during wintertime. Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

Cozy basement in the bulb region, private entrance.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters (total area). French doors to the enclosed south-facing garden 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen (kitchenette) Available: Fridge with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Air fryer. 2-burner induction cooker. Nespresso coffee machine. Nice beds and pleasant (rain) shower Sink with storage drawers. PLEASE NOTE! The upper floor/sleeping area has no stair gate and we recommend not letting small children stay here.

Tiny house/summer house by the sea (400 m from the sea)

Our nice and cozy summer cottage is just 400 m from the boulevard with restaurants and the beach, you walk down the street and you are already at the lighthouse! The shopping street with shops, bakery, supermarket etc. is 500 m away, and forest and dunes 1 km away. It is a perfect base to enjoy nature (by bike) but it is also very central for a city visit to Leiden, The Hague, Amsterdam and Haarlem. Both in summer and in winter, it is wonderful to stay here.

Cozy log cabin (17 m2) for two people, equipped with shower and toilet. Detached with lots of privacy and plenty of space outside. Possibility to make coffee or tea.
