Family Beach Cottage

Third generation family cottage with beach, private hot tub on the deck and amazing views of Tomales Bay. The gravel frontage road leading from State Route 1 to the Beach Cottage was once part of the narrow gauge railroad that took vacationers, farm animals and lumber up and down the coast from 1871 to 1930. If you need more space, you can also book our Rustic Beach Cottage, which is directly next door and offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, as well as its own outdoor hot tub and fabulous bay view.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Recently renovated, restored original wood paneling , new kitchen and bathroom. We are a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach and Pacific Ocean. We are in walking distance to groceries, dining, and everything the small town of Stinson Beach has to offer. Peekaboo views from the deck of ocean and town. You can hear the waves when the windows are open. This is a rustic spot, both Stinson itself and our apartment. Fiber internet added 2024.

Our 1940's small hand-built cabin is located one house in from the end of a dirt road, and the builder's family still calls it home. A rustic and cozy place with everything you need, a launchpad for you to connect with nature & a gorgeous view to Stinson Beach. Enjoy watching the wildlife: deer, raccoons, quail & many birds that enjoy the yard right outside the window and follow the rhythm of the rising sun & moon.

Bolinas Coastal Cottage

A sweet little blue cottage by the sea, our guest house is a stand-alone studio with a shared garden about 200 ft from the main beach in Bolinas. You can put your wetsuit on in the house, pop down to the beach for a surf, and shower off in the outdoor shower in the garden. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, big screen tv, hi-speed internet, and a wood-burning stove. We live on the property with our young children and dog so are nearby in case you need anything you need during your stay.

Far enough out of town to avoid the crowds but close enough for a 10+ minute walk to the quaint village. Great volume and light throughout the home with beautiful finishes. Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
