This is a two unit home on the hill above town-beach, five blocks to the beach, one block from the Matt Davis trail, three block walk to restaurants. No more than two adults and one child allowed in studio, no pets or parties.

Our cottage is a haven of tranquility just a few steps from family-friendly Stinson Beach and a 5-minute walk to town. Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family. Well-behaved dogs allowed! Please be aware of this in case you have allergies.

Luxury and Design- 200 ft or 1 min walk to beach

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.
