The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. Enjoy the fantastic panorama-view of this small 23m² apartment, ideally located for hiking. You come NOT by car to the apartment, ON FOOT ONLY !! (Possibly with the Muttersbergbahn, therefore, the check-in can not be later than 15: 00h, because the cablecar thereafter except operation). In winter, the Muttersbergbahn is entirely out of order. Hence not suitable for skiing, because no lifts, no trails and no free land becomes available. (Recreation area)

Experience a 200 years old farmhouse in a solitude location on 1200 m above sea level! No cars, no roads! During the lockdowns, we restorated it with lot's of care, trying not to damish the beautiful old structure but giving it at the same time a modern look and convenience.
