Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Block Island

This house is a gem! The inside is exactly as pictured and is very comfortable. The views from the deck are stunning, especially during sunrise. Pam has equipped the house with all the essentials and we were even pleasantly surprised with welcome treats at check in. Highly recommend this home for families. Some activities we enjoyed were kayaking across the pond to the beach (not easy- but highlight of the trip!), crabbing and fishing off the dock, wine on the deck, walking less than a mile to ice cream and coffee shops and biking around the quiet neighborhood. I really can’t recommend this home and host more! Fabulous stay.

It’s feels like pressure to write a review that stands up to ALL the other incredible reviews. I suppose we should stop there because that says it all. But we will add this: Ellie and Tower either wrote the book on hospitality or they read it 100 times. There is no doubt you will get the sense that everything is done with an eye to making you happy and comfortable…. And they do that in Spades. If this place caught your eye… act now… it will capture your heart as well.

Super clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of great touches. We didn’t get the best weather for lake life but the house made up for it nicely. Look forward to staying again someday!

We had an amazing time at the lakehouse! Tim and Marissa are super communicative and left many helpful directions! The property is beautiful and the house felt like home away from home! I can't wait to go back! 10/10 recommended 😊

This was a comfortable and great place to stay in Rhode Island!!!

Lovely house. Plenty of space for my family, beautiful breezy porches and spacious well decorated rooms. Very good kitchen. A bit out of town but an easy enough bike ride or walk. The fog that rolls in at night can be damp and chilly so best to close at least the big screen sliding doors at night.

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at Heather’s place! The house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Heather was a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. You can tell she really puts care into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and can’t wait to come back!

Joanne's waterfront home is an incredible oasis. Even the pictures do not do it justice. Our family had a wonderful week-long stay in her beautifully appointed home. Joanne's home is meticulously clean and decorated with wonderful touches. We had plenty of room and loved soaking up the sun every day on the fabulous wraparound porch (with built-in umbrellas) and jumping right into the water mere steps from the house. We cannot wait to return next year!

We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

We had a great stay in Newport at this beautiful Victorian. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The owner did an amazing job making it feel comfortable and welcoming. We really appreciated the breakfast options too which was a nice touch. It’s in a perfect location only about a 10 minute walk from the Viking Hotel and close to everything we wanted to check out. I’d definitely stay here again.

Jennifer’s Harbor Watch was stunning, I only wish the weather cooperated the whole weekend during my stay. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. My favorite part was all of the natural light in the place. Do be aware the stair case to the top access of harbor watch is narrow, winding, and long.

Beautiful and well-maintained place. We had a minor issue, but Jonas was very proactive in resolving it. Felt right at home.

we had s great time staying at the apartment! it was way more spacious than we thought from the pictures, the balcony was amazing, you‘ll have sun through the whole day. Doug was a phenomenal host! We got their by LIRR and back with the hampton jitney. We rented two bikes in Montauk and it was amazing exploring the area by bike. Cannot recommend this area and the airbnb enough!

We had a great time and the property was immaculate! The hosts came by with extra towels quickly upon request and it was a holiday. Recommended!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!
