A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Ambrose Hideaway

Please come enjoy our charming air-conditioned walk-out basement apartment on beautiful Block Island. The entire space is yours, with a private entrance and private bath. Open your door to an outside patio and enjoy our property on the edge of Ambrose Swamp. Just a ten minute walk from Old Harbor, ferries, restaurants, shops & nightlife. Close enough to hear the ferry's horn, but tucked away from it all next to this scenic marshland. Well-trained, housebroken pets welcome (for a small fee).

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Suite Getaway

We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.

The Ritz: Bright, airy & close to everything!

One of three homes on a large property, the 'Ritz' is a studio with private porch, Adirondack chairs & fire pit outdoors. Perfect for a couple with one queen. A full kitchen, BBQ grill and a short walk to town and the Southeast Light. We may accommodate a child in a pack n play, but do ask you to bring your own linens. The grill is propane, which we provide a tank and a extra. Please let us know if you are out so we can be sure to have it filled in time.
