This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

South Tulsa Guest Suite

Enter from the backyard, into a shared laundry room with a hallway headed to your suite on your left. In that hall is a private restroom, right outside the door of your guest apartment suite. In the suite is a common room with a table and chairs for 2, coat/shoe rack, a queen bed and a pull out twin trundle. The large bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet, coffee/microwave cart and couch. The shared space, has a large fridge and a stainless steel sink for your use.

The Tiny House at R&R Retreat is a rustic getaway situated on 40 private acres with 3 ponds (covering a combined 10+ acres!), lots of trails, wildlife, and tons of natural beauty, all conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Sapulpa (and historic Route 66!) and 25 minutes from Tulsa. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in country setting on one flat acre , with plenty of parking . Close to Will Rogers Downs and Cherokee Casino. 5 miles to turnpike gate off highway 44 & close to route 66. The home is newly built & everything is new. All new appliances & a new 58" smart tv. Just installed a new water heater so now have plenty of hot water! We would love to have you stay.
